I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.  It has been 6 months without the necessary repairs that need to be made. Also the yard requires a retaining wall that is being refused by the company. If all work is completed by the end of July 19th to include the retaining wall installed throughout the back yard, the wood floors replaced, the carpet in the master bedroom carpet replaced, damaged roof, gutters, master bath tub replaced, the master shower fixed, light fixture on staircase repaired, the complaint will stand.

MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:
Good evening,  It was reported to the Warranty Dept that as of Monday, June 22nd, all the landscaping repairs we proposed to do were completed.

Since this home closed on 2/19/15, DR Horton has made numerous repairs on several occasions to this home to remedy the claims submitted by the homeowner. The work DR Horton has completed also includes many non-warrantable items that were requested by the homeowner and completed by DR Horton in an...

effort to satisfy the customer.To resolve any remaining warrantable issues, DR Horton would like to set up a meeting with the homeowner to review alleged defects still pending and to coordinate necessary repairs if the requests are indeed deemed warrantable.Since this notification from the Revdex.com, DR Horton’s Construction Manager has made attempts at contacting the homeowner to set up a meeting. The contact attempts are listed below:· 8/11/15 at 4:23pm phone call: Homeowner was too busy to talk and requested a call back the next day.· 8/12/15 at 12:40pm phone call: No answer from homeowner.· 8/12/15 at 3:12 pm phone call: No answer from homeowner.· 8/13/15 at 11:35am phone call: No answer from homeowner.· 8/13/15 at 1:55pm email: Construction Manager sent the homeowner an email requesting a time to meet; no response has been received at this time.We will continue to try and contact the homeowner and look forward to resolving this claim in a timely fashion.

I am rejecting this response because: I have yet to receive a letter of work being completed fully and a completed warranty letter work from [redacted]  there is still painting and dashboard damage to be corrected

The plumbing contractor has provided assistance in resolving the complaint and D.R. Horton is assisting both the plumbing contractor and homeowner in resolution.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.As I explained in my initial request/rebuttal, because I have incurred potential future increases and unable to take advantage of any insurance discounts (for not claims filed), I have asked for a monetary amount (nothing more than what I feel is fair, even though there are MULTIPLE trips to this property made by me, with meetings, and payments to a contractor, inconveniences for my renters, and a lot of time spent on letters, calls, follow-up, etc .  I certainly appreciate that DR Horton has continued to work with me for the necessary repairs on the ceiling, wall, and air conditioner, but this will be unresolved, until we settle on an amount.  I do not know where we are with the repairs at this point, except to say that Stacey has been good about giving me updates overall.  Had DR Horton, brought in a 3rd party, aside from Casa, who installed this unit, and been able to get to the bottom of the issue sooner than later, therefore not forcing me to file an insurance claim, we would have been done already, but that was not the case unfortunately.

Dear Ms. [redacted]Please accept this correspondence as D.R. Horton's reply to the Revdex.com withregard to the above referenced complaint.Our Construction Area Manager, [redacted] met with Mr. [redacted] and we will install a 18"-24" berm on the right side of his yard to alleviate the surface...

water going through his yardwhen there is a rain event. His yard has 8-10% slope and it drains as intended and he agreed.He is happy with this method of repair.

We have consulted with the production manager regarding their home and have been notified that to date, all warrantable repairs have been completed per the terms of the RWC warranty...

I am rejecting this response because: In no way did I intend for D.R. Horton to not make any attempt to fix the repairs that are still present at my home. I rejected the responses because no one from the company has contacted me via email, phone, or otherwise. I am beyond upset that these issues continue to go unresolved.Please inform me of what my next steps should be to get my house repaired by the company (D.R.
