Please allow this to respond to the complaint referenced above.  I has investigated the history of Ms. [redacted] Revdex.com Complaint.  The door was originally installed during construction however, it was the incorrect style.  Replacement doors were delivered on several occasions twice with...

incorrect hinge spacing, and another time the width was incorrect.  I contacted the door supplier to have an entire door unit (new doors & new jamb) delivered today, it will be painted & installed no later than September 16, 2016.  I have also contacted the homeowner directly via telephone & email to inform her of our plan.   Thank you,     [redacted]

Horton Homes Service Technician) came to the property. Because of the enormity of the services required, he promised to bring his supervisor along in two weeks to resolve the matter once and for all. Today is December 20, 2017, there is no call and no correspondence from this person nor from anyone from D. R. Horton Homes. These have been their behavior/practices - promises made and promises not kept. In fact, messages have been left for him with no response.Hope you will not let them continue to evade their responsibilities and contractual obligations.

The two gentlemen that came out were not serious about the complaint. They did not want to sit when offered and was only there five minutes, took a couple pictures and said we could email our paperwork to the general email address. They clearly were not interested in anything I had to say. I've had several people come out and mention the structure of the roof was done incorrectly and the a/c was not installed properly. As of today, I have not received anything in writing from DR Horton with my concerns. I want to hear from Mr. [redacted] Mr. [redacted] or Mr. [redacted] from which seems to be impossible to reach. Upon calling the main office, I am unable to even reach there secretaries or be given an email address for them.

We are actively working with the homeowner to address their concerns, including the installation of a new sliding glass door, and we appreciate their patience in bringing this matter to resolution.

roofing contractor add an air hawk whichwill allow additional air flow in the attic. The additional air flow will alleviate the concern with the hotwater heater pilot light going out due to lack of oxygen.We appreciate the opportunity given to look into our homeowner’s concern and provide a resolution.

In response to the complaint listed above regarding the D.R.
Horton [redacted] community: D.R. Horton is currently reviewing all aspects of
the complaint with our legal team and will respond as soon as possible. In the
complaint there is mention of 45 plus customers that need warranty work and...

conditions of the road. In order to properly respond to the complaints, D.R.
Horton will research the 45 mentioned and review the roads in [redacted]. This
complaint is not resolved; however, D.R. Horton is going to every length to
ensure we have adequately investigated and responded to the stated issues

The warranty representative has met with the homeowner and a service repair date is scheduled for February 17th.

At this time the roof repair and associated drywall repairs have been made to the customers satisfaction.

Our offices have been attempting to schedule the concrete vendor to meet with this owner at the home for several weeks.  Our vendor has failed to respond to our meeting requests.  In light of that fact, we are asking another vendor of the same trade, to meet with us to inspect the driveway...

Customer Service has contacted the homeowner.

We met with this customer on last Thursday.  I met with an engineer there yesterday to see what he suggest regarding this.   We will be calling this customer today to let him know what the engineer suggested.   We are working with this customer to come up with a resolution.   Thanks [redacted]

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I have been told that strand was gonna come out for the last 6 months and have yet to hear from them or [redacted] They seem to try and fix instead of having it inspected and fixed properly. We currently as of today 7/29/2015 have still not heard from strand nor [redacted]. We still have trimming falling off the windows, support post falling apart and seperated, door frame is still bowing though it's been replaced 5 xs carpet is still torn up from where the warranty guy pulled it up to remove debri and hammer in nails that popped a few months ago, drains in back yard have still not been addressed, all nails on all window frames are still popped out and black, cabinet trim nor cabinets have yet to be fixed from when they pulled from wall in Nov of 2014 just 5 months after closing, The A/C company has no call no show twice but eventually showed to put the vent in upstairs room but never showed back up to balance it or fix a part on the outside unit as they said they would be back. Plus other warranty work that hasn't yet been completed. These have been continuously the same issues that keep pulling apart after being repaired over and over.

We scheduled work at the homeowner’s home on the 19th and again yesterday. We have called to verify that all remaining items were resolved but have not heard back from the customer yet. As of now, the homeowner’s requests have been addressed.

We are trying to schedule an apt. with them at Atlanta Flooring since they do not want to meet at their home.  We are trying to schedule this apt. for October 6th at 10:00 a.m.   Thanks [redacted]

[redacted] first received a formal roof warranty claim in October 2017, after the roof warranty had expired. Following the roofing company's assessment, it was determined the shingles were installed correctly and because the damage sustained was due to hurricane-related winds, a repair quote was provided to the homeowner. Our previous position on the matter remains unchanged.
