Spoke with customer on 12/**/2015. No movement with common carrier; refund issued in full.

If [redacted] will refer to magazine details attached - it clearly states that a magazine subscription with a value of $20 is included with your purchase today.  It also states on the 5th line of the details :If you prefer not to receive a magazine, you may request a rebate for the stated value by printing and completing THIS FORM.....  also attached.[redacted] did read the offer in its entirety as evidenced by his comment that he was presented with a choice of magazines to select.  Had he read the offer completely, he would have seen that he could have clicked the link to get to the rebate form and claim his $20.00 rebate instead of receiving a magazine.

Shipping has been refunded.  If customer is going to institute a chargeback we will need the products returned.

[Your Answer Here] When I placed the order, my understanding was the days of standard shipping, which the company did not deliver within. I called looking for when the order will deliver and the customer service representative was VERY Rude and said maybe I should have paid for express shipping, 8 days is not their standard shipping timeI will never order from this company again, obviously their delivery days are a joke, from reading other reviews, I am not alone in regards to the delivery.  I feel my shipping charges should be refunded, if I wanted to return the merchandise, obviously I would have to pay to return this which I am not going to do

They were given  every opportunity to respond via text via email via phone and I have yet to hear from them before I ever contacted [redacted] before I ever contacted the Revdex.com yes [redacted] sent me a $25 gift card I stated that in my complaints that is not resolution to mean resolution is the company returning my emails my messages   Not [redacted] the statements I make are not balls if you need proof let me know I will forward you everything sent to fragrance net.com prior to contacting Google. 
If the company feels that [redacted] is responsible for  their disputes it needs to be listed on their site don't contact us contact [redacted] as stated to me that they never heard back from fragrance net.com so come again with your resolution just because [redacted] resolved it it has not made me whole I still want an apology for your failure to respond fragrance.net   If this is being unreasonable then so be it but what I say is not untrue it has been stated not only to the Revdex.com but it was also stated to [redacted] trusted sites that I was not happy with the resolution and that I still expecting a contact from fragrance net.com and an apology for all the time and crap they put me through.

Return Merchandise Authorization issued 12/**/2015.  Upon receipt of return, refund will be issued.

Return Merchandise Authorization processed.  This order was placed on May [redacted].  Since it is beyond the date of return policy, we can only offer a gift certificate upon receipt of the return.

This order was placed on February [redacted], 2016.  Customer called for a return on May **, 2016; far beyond our return policy date.  Item was received in our warehouse on 6/**/16 (again, far beyond return policy guidelines).  The returns division informed us immediately of the condition...

of the return which was completely empty and with no signs of leakage.  Please refer to photo attached.

A response was sent to this customer on 4 different occasions.  Order shipped and still in transit with Global Access.  A refund will be issued.

 The business is not an honest business   The package was never given to shipper.  The label was created, but nothing was shipped   I called and emailed numerous times and asked for a call(the hold times on all of my calls were 45 minutes to more than an hour   In the business own response to you they stated that the merchandise was shipped to me at no charge and a refund was issued   That is a lie   Customers beware of this business   They lie and are not honest and reputable

This customer stated she would dispute the charge with her credit card company as well as made no mention of returning the products.  Return Merchandise Authorization has been processed.  Customer will not be charged a return shipping fee.

Refund was issued on 12/**/2015 and can take up to seven (7) business days for it to process through credit card company.  We cannot expedite as we have not control over the process
