 Well the only truthfully thing they said was that I received my items. Yes I did and they were broke, so I called them to advised them off the situation. This business is far from professional, they allow their agents to talk to customers any kind of way. I was cussed out, hung up on, basically mis treated  I have a one year old who likes to get into things so I'm supposed to keep broken glass. That's horrible! I tried to call them as soon as I got my package but it is hard to reach them! I couldn't just keep the glass laying around and I risk my daughter getting hurt . I had already got some stuck in my foot so I didn't want to risk it . so they are insane telling me to keep broken glass around my house. If that wouldn't  happened to u..u would be mad to but they thought it was funny

I am totally upset with this firm!! I immediately sent back the perfume in their box and they have received it. However, I'm not getting my full price of $63 back and I don't know why. PLUS, I won't get it till the end of the month, if ever. And when I try to call them to ask why I didn't get my full refund, their answering machine says that no one can come to the phone because they are too busy so email them with your question. How can anyone do business with such a horrible business! No wonder they have so many bad reviews online. If they were a reputable business with good customer service, they would immediately refund my entire purchase price.  What do I do now? Wait till January * for a refund that is not my entire money and may never come? This is completely unacceptable. They have the perfume which I never opened in their original outside box and I have to wait more than a month for a refund that is not even the entire amount that I spent.

complaint has NOT been resolved becaI have NOT received a return label nor any other messages from FragranceNet.com concerning this order.  I have only received numerous sale emails but nothing else addressing my return or where to get a label.  I used the shipping label from Shoprunner to return the product and will NOT be ordering again in the future due to this type of poor customer service and not being able to speak directly to anyone concerning my order.

Customer's email was responded to on 12/**/2015.  Return Merchandise Authorization has been sent and customer will be refunded upon receipt of return.

When we researched this complaint we found that the customer sent three emails on Dec [redacted]. The customer was irate and it was reflected in these emails. The customer placed her order on December 7th with standard delivery (4-7 business days) and it was received on December 14th which is within the...

suggested delivery time frame. A refund will not be given at this time as the order was received.

[redacted] contacted us via chat (transcript attached).  Package was lost in transit and a refund was issued to her [redacted] account on 1/*/2016 - copy attached.

This customer is claiming an unauthorized purchase.  However, customer's [redacted] information is verified.  She needs to file the dispute with [redacted].

The response by the business is disingenuous.  The document presented as "evidence" that the offer may be refused is nothing more than documentation from their website, which does not reflect the reality of how the ordering process actually operates.  If an order is placed on the website, the "free offer" is presented.  I definitely "rejected" this offer as I was given a choice of several magazines, none of which interested me.  Despite my "rejection" of this offer, I started to receive magazine subscriptions against my wishes, and my personal information was shared with a third party, also against my wishes.This kind of inconsideration by businesses is why I reject this resolution until Fragrancenet.com can provide more positive proof that their website will not forward information to M2 Media unless the purchaser provides positive acceptance that they are subscribing to the magazine, meaning that a customer's inaction or requirement of "opt-out" will not automatically cause a subscription to be created. They should test their website for operation to ensure that it is in fact performing the way that is stated in their documentation, which at the time of my complaint it was not.  To accurately check if the site does allow opt-out requires a purchase be made, and without assurances that it is working properly, I will not make a purchase to verify its operation, so I feel it is fair to ask Fragrancenet to do the checking.It seems the businesses involved are often of the position that no harm could
come by receiving a free magazine or two, but they often don't consider
all possibilities. In my case, my mailbox is quite small but sufficient
for receiving all my bills. While traveling, this billing-only mailbox
began receiving magazines, and so my mail was delayed causing a bill to
be delayed, and resulting in late charges.Previously, courts have viewed "inaction as acceptance" to be valid terms, but more recently have been rejecting these defenses in lawsuits where monetary or personal damages have occurred, especially when privacy policies are concerned. It should serve as a reminder that although Fragrancenet is a New York corporation, it is doing business in California and other localities and must make note of the codes in those areas (example: the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act is applicable to many large companies based outside of California that wish to sell to its residents). I hope that Fragrancenet can research this trend for themselves and see they should be distancing themselves from companies such as M2 Media that are not in compliance with current case law.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience regarding [redacted] order with us.  Referring to [redacted] email to our Customer Service Department on 3/**/2016, he only asked for a refund which was promptly processed for his lost package.  As you can see, from the [redacted]...

tracking information attached, the order was placed on February [redacted] and shipped on March *, 2016.  Although we were efficient in filling [redacted] order, [redacted] seems to have lost track of it, which is beyond our control.   $90.73 refund was processed on 3/**/2016.

Return Merchandise Authorization has been issued and customer will not be charged a return ship fee.

This customer cancelled his order on our website.  He then called and spoke to a CS rep to confirm cancellation.  Refund was automatically issued for $48.98 on 11/**.  Please have him check with his credit card company as to when the credit will be reflected on his statement.

Additional 5% has been issued.  Customer will see a refund for $3.78.

When we researched this package we found there was no movement with the courier.  A claim has been issued for the lost package and a full refund was given to the customer via [redacted]. Thank you.

The courier has stated that the package was delivered to the customer a few days ago. Customer service has responded with reassuring customer about the delivery. In addition, the customer was offered an incentive to remain a loyal customer. Thank you.

She was right about the amount paid I got the amount confused with another purchase order from another company I advised the person whom respond to this complaint that my boyfriend received it and open it so I ask if they could refund the priority shipping that I have not received within that time frame she has yet responded. I would be satisfied with getting that back considering I didn't get it on the [redacted] as stated on the usps website. It was delivered on the [redacted]
