This customer contacted [redacted] directly who gave this customer a $25 gift card for compensation.  We were not given an opportunity to resolve this issue.

Return Merchandise Authorization has been processed and return label sent to customer.

Please let me begin with our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Our records indicate that customer paid with her credit card associated with [redacted]. Whenever that payment option is used, merchants do not have access to the customers credit card number and we are...

notified of the successful charge from [redacted]. Therefore, we do not actually charge the customer as we are only notified of the transaction. If customer has verified that payment has been removed from her account twice, we would suggest contacting her credit card company and or [redacted].Thank you[redacted]Customer Service

Please note our records show that customer was provided with a prepaid postage return label so that the items may be returned back to our facility. When the order was placed, customer used email address f[redacted] and that is where the label was sent. Since we have received email from customer from and alternate email address; [redacted], we have resent the label to that address as well. The last email we received from customer, she adamantly stated that she does not have a box to return the items. We understand that customer has discarded the original shipping box,however, these items maybe returned in any type of corrugated box. Since customer is not satisfied with any of the items purchased, we will issue a full refund back to her payment method once the items are returned back to our facility. In the message about the return authorization it says: "However, please note that if the return is not received within 90 days of original order, a gift certificate will be generated as a refund as after 90 days we have no access to process a refund to original payment method." The original order was made on April [redacted], items arrived a few days later, after opening the first item (1 of three identical items), when I found out it was fake or defective (On June [redacted]) I immediately contacted the seller but been told I could not return the items because it was over the 30 day return policy.As you know, following my complaint I received the RMA on July [redacted], which was already way over 90 days after the order was placed. What use do I have to a gift certificate? Why would I want to purchase anything else from an unreliable company with such a bad customer service? I will say again, I am not interested in their gift certificate since I am not going to purchase anything from them. All I want is to return the items that are defective and receive my money back in any way, shape, or form that is not limited to use only on [redacted], because that's, to me, is like NOT getting a refund at all.  They are lying, they can send a stop order to the [redacted], they just refuse to do so. [redacted] stated that only the shipper can request a stop order. Also I don't know who is responding to me and what their title, ID number is etc...See the attached documents.
