The company responds that they sent emails, however except for the original emails for order confirmation I only received THREE responsesAlso if the items were sent why did I not receve a tracking number via email as is their company policy and why was I sent a contradictory email saying it was still being processed and my order status on their website was not changed from "in warehouse"Plus more tellingly I havent received it.Yesterday an email stating they would refund my money was sent to me but they are only refunding $which is the amount in australian currencyI paid $US currency for the items$was taken from my card and I want the full purchase price of $refunded.? ? ? ? complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The response they give has nothing at all to do with my complaint. Its a generic reply.My complaint is VERY clear and involves the breakdown in communication of the company, and their refusal to be able to be reached by the consumer byphone and e-mail, and the non working "status check' for the product purchased. The package was finally delivered two weeks after ordering but that doesnot resolve the concerns in my complaint.
