my complaint has NOT been resolved because The company responds that they sent 4 emails, however except for the original emails for order confirmation I only received THREE responses. Also if the items were sent why did I not receve a tracking number via email as is their company policy and why was I sent a contradictory email saying it was still being processed and my order status on their website was not changed from "in warehouse". Plus more tellingly I havent received it.Yesterday an email stating they would refund my money was sent to me but they are only refunding $242.59 which is the amount in australian currency. The order was placed 12/** with Premium Ground shipping (was expected to be received within 3-4 business days). The order shipped and although delivered later than anticipated, it shows delivered on 12/**, left at the front desk. Prior to offering a refund to the customer, we need to verify if the...

package has been received. The order total was not $95.00 as customer is stating.  Customer was charged $63.43 for this purchase.  Merchandise needs to be returned before we issue refund to customer. Our CS Manager is reaching out to the customer.Thank you!
