On August 13,2013 we installed a tankless unit. Mrs. [redacted] purchased the contractors package which does not include a free flush. In an act of good faith
DRF approved one free flush on December 8,2014. The normal annual cost for this...

process is $250.00. We did advise Ms. [redacted] that moving forward she will be responsible for that cost. Our customer service department is scheduling an appointment that is convenient for Ms. [redacted].

Rich, the plumber and Alex, did a great job installing my new water heater. They arrived at the ETA promised and they were efficient. Rich was knowledgeable and explained the process and gave good recommendations and safety tips.

Tom and Noe were prompt and very respectful. They were timely with their work and were able to install my water heater with the best possible configuration. The job site was clean and they went over everything that was completed in detail.

Overall great experience with Tom, Noe, and DRF.

Andy and Logan arrived at the agreed-upon time to install a new sump pump, and were finished in 1 hour.

The work was thorough and complete, documented by pictures on Andy's phone. Both men were very professional.

I am rejecting this response because:The water heater that was installed by [redacted] was not ever functioning correct. We complained about the very foul smell as well as residues in the hot water. We had our well water tested and it was found to be fine. There was nothing wrong with our well. We requested service from [redacted]. We were informed that the rod inside the water heater was incorrect since we have well water. After several weeks a new anode rod was installed, but it did not remedy the situation. We had repeatedly requested to have the water heater removed and exchanged, but the request was not granted. We have been in this house for over 30 years and have never had a problem like this before. It was quite a hardship to have this foul smelling water and the residues for almost 3 months!!!  I did take pictures and shared this with [redacted] so they could see what we had to deal with. The hot water was grey. Finally [redacted] agreed to take their water heater back and to let us have the opportunity to get another unit installed by a different company. They reason they did not exchange their unit is that claimed that by exchanging the unit, it would not solve the problem.  Besides the problem with the smell and the residues, I inquired about the cost of the unit and the installation. By the way, that had not been discussed prior to the installation. The unit at the store costs $547. WITH the installation our bill came to $1543.68. I was quite surprised about this fee. Would it really cost almost $1000 to have this water heater installed in my home? Then I contacted local plumbing contractors here, and their cost was $500 less!!!  [redacted] slogan is that their prices are guaranteed to be lower than the competition. That proved to be quite incorrect. Then last Friday - January 29, at last the [redacted] contractor came in the morning and took their water heater back. It had taken almost 3 months of repeated phone calls and visits to the local store here.The very same day in the afternoon we had a different company install a new water heater.  The total cost was $1020, which is more than $500 less than the charge from [redacted]. We no longer have any foul smell - nor residues in the water.  Now finally we have the kind of water we should have had 3 months ago.  Should you need more information, please contact me.

Thank you for your feedback. Our plumber provided you with the proper up to code installation of your water heater. The inspector’s deduction that your home failed inspection was not due to DRF’s installation, but a previous installation that was not conducted by DRF. This pre-existing condition...

with your chimney (regarding a high efficiency furnace that was not up to code properly with the chimney) was not within the scope of work performed by DRF.  This is an issue that requires an HVAC company for installation and is understandably outside of the scope of plumbing. We are happy to help refer you to a company that can assist you with this installation. DRF installed my water heater in my condo yesterday. They were great to explain the details and worked efficiently. This is my second experience with DRF, and I would recommend them. Very professional and trustworthy.

Rich and Anthony from DRF Property Solutions were polite, friendly and very knowledgeable in regards to installing my new water heater. They were professional and had the attitude of getting this job done, doing it correctly in making sure it was installed up to code and working properly. When done, which was not a long period of time, explanation was given to my questions, information for future reference if needed was also included. I can relax and not worry, would highly recommend DRF associates Rich & Anthony.

Antwan and Javier were very accommodating for my request to install my water heater in a slightly different location from where the previous one was installed. They worked very quickly and efficiently, and did an excellent job with the install as well as the cleanup following the install. I would definitely use DRF again because of the work done by Antwan and Javier.

Tom R. and Jesse delivered and installed a new, higher capacity water heater in my home this afternoon. They were prompt, courteous, very professional and clean. As a matter of fact, they were so quiet I was surprised when I found out they had completed the disconnection, removal and replacement of the water heater. Tom took his time and explained the function of the new heater, offered optional services and explained their value, and provided copies of all appropriate documentation. They did a very commendable job and we would certainly use their firm again.

The plumber was courteous and professional. Left my home clean and tidy.

Prompt service, intelligent, courteous service, clear explanation of all needed details of new water heater operation and thorough cleanup of area.

This company is so professional and fantastic! Tom * was professional! I would choose DRF again and again.

I found DRF through my water heater's manufacturer website for servicing my Rheem tankless water heater for error code 1L.

I called them for fixing an error code showing in my water heater display panel. They advised me that a flush would take care of that issue and scheduled an appointment for the flush and charged me $129.99.

But even after the flush the error code didn't reset, the technician who did the flush didn't sound very experienced about the issue...

They called me the next day and wanted to schedule a service appointment for $250.00 to diagnose what the error code is.

As experts in tankless water heaters, I expect them to have known what the issue is before suggesting for a flush, that could have saved my money & time.

My husband and I are senior citizens and were desperTe to get a water heater installed .we purchased our them water heater and was given the DRF trusted Property Solutions our job. It was done in a very fine manor and with exceptional service. They explained all the dials and settings.we would highly recommend Tom * and Junior in the future if we know of anyone who needs help with their water heater. Thanks guys , you made our day!

Tom was very professional and friendly. He and Pete completed my disposal instal quickly and cleaned up everything before they left. Tom made sure I knew how to properly operate it.
