Tom RWas fantastic!

Tom and his apprentice were very professional and protected my floors when they arrived They took the time to perform high quality work and made sure the job was fully completed and tested before leaving I had my kitchen faucet and valves replaced The best compliment I can give is that they left my kitchen in better condition than they found it and explained everything to me in a way I could understand I look forward to using DRF in the future

When I was given a quote at first, I thought this is too expensive for meBut the service was excellentJesse, Josh, and Joyce were great! Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answeredThey came earlier than expected and cleaned up before they leftOverall, they were professional and friendly

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: When your people came here, they said we need copper piping and not the galvanized piping that went to the new water heater. You then charged us more approx $for a new pipe. I am frustrated as we replaced faucets with no issues. You then tell me that after you replace the heater that to fix the issue that was not there before you would charge yet another $dollars. Our water was off for quite awhile when we replaced the faucets. There is not debris in the faucets, no rust or anything that came through then to the new faucets when the water was turned back on. There was not debris present coming through the faucets are clogging the faucets after you installed the heater. The only difference is the lack of pressure. Your tech says this happens quite a lot. I don't know about that as this is the 2nd time I have replaced this unit and I did not have this issue then. Nor did I have to pay extra for pipe at a cost of ( I think) I know of friends at work who also replaced their units and this was not an issue for them and believe me, one has a home much older than mine. I don't believe I should pay more money with a company I don't trust to do the job. Why would I when you keep saying it will cost more money. You were scheduled to do thing, then it turned out I needed a pipe, then a back flush, when does it end? You were paid to do a job, and it was done but with a mistake that you must have made. I should not have to pay again for you to fix the error, not caused by us or our pipes. I have made this known to everyone I know not to use you or *** ***. They have lost me as a customer already. This is the worst customer service ever. You are not trying to resolve the issue, you are just trying to get more money from me. If I contacted your customers, would they tell me that every time you were called, that the price went up because there other issues? I wonder

I had a great experience with Tom Rand his apprentice Noe with my hot water heater installationAfter a mthe day before (which was entirely my fault) they were able to make it out first thing in the morning to accommodate my work scheduleThey were very friendly and very fast, especially considering the setup in my old house was a nightmareAlongside installing the new water heater, they also did a little extra for me in bringing the area up to code and making sure my gas lines were safe and not leakingI really appreciated the extra effort they put inI ended up paying for the next package up but for what I got, I'd say it was totally worth itOnce they were finished, Tom thoroughly went over the entire unit and what they had changed and then quizzed me on it, which was super helpful considering I'm a rookie homeowner
Despite having a bump in the road initially, the whole company was very easy to work with and I would have them out again if I ever need help

Excellent customer service, professionalism and honesty Tom Rdisplayed the utmost level of integrity and professionalism, and was extremely helpful I would definitely recommend DRF to anyone looking for outstanding service

I called for a leaking hot water tank and received prompt and professional care from both Joyce in the office and the service techs Tom * and Ryan Everyone was professional as offered expert explanations of their products They were polite and explained everything I needed to know about the new unit They left the premises spotless and I could not be happier with this experience

In a word: Excellent! What a professional… explained (in laymen terms) what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and asked if I had any questions before proceeding When he finished… cleaned up and made sure that the job was completed, and to my satisfaction Excellent job! We had Antuan and Donavan reinstalling our dishwasher and faucet after a countertop change They came on time, explained everything they were going to do and accomplished it all quickly There were a couple of things that had to be done to bring the plumbing up to code They took care of all the details and let the project clean and ready to go

While I am not the homeowner, I was present when Rich and Anthony came to install the hot water heaterThese men were professional, very knowledgeable and neatConsidering the many hacks pretending to be contractors, this means a lotI would like to recommend their services to anyone who needs an installation

Albert and Anthony installed a hot water heater at my house today I purchased it through *** *** and they were at my door within the hour They were courteous, professional and very easy to talk to They completed the task and communicated the process as they went I would definitely recommend their service to others, and would be highly likely to be a return customer in the future

Jesse from DRF replaced a hot water heater in my home He did an excellent job, was efficient, and was patient with me and my questions He was also happy to take a call a week after to address an additional question, which turned out to be unrelated to the hot water heater He nevertheless took minutes out of his Sunday to speak with me Thanks to him for his fine work

Rich and James, were really professional, courteous and friendlyThey came to install our new water heaterAt the beginning I started to smell the gas, being that I was very concerned, I decided to have them come back to take a look incase if there were any gas leaksrich came back with James to follow up and assured everything was going to be fine coast was clearI also appreciate MIKE the representative from the company calling to follow up a few times ! definitely would recommend them and rehire if necessarySO GLAD TO HAVE A HOT SHOWER IN THIS WINTER !!!

I would like to comment on the experience I had in regards to having a new garbage disposal installed Tom R and his apprentice Tom did a good job on this installation They worked quickly yet they did a thorough job They checked their work and there are no problems They even gave me some disposal instructions

On Time, they know what they are doing and professional all the time Got job done quickly an correctly

Andy G and Kyle did a great job with a toilet installation at my homeWhen we discovered there were parts missing in the box, they were very patient and let me run to the store to get a replacement
The work done was excellent and I would definitely recommend DRF and Andy/Kyle for future work
