I am rejecting this response because: We oaid a lot of monies for the extended warranty which meant when we needed a tech., one would be dispatched at no cost to us.  When we called June 8 for a tech that is what we were told that we had this perk.  Since your company refused to send out a tech., you did not honor your own extended warranty and I am not talking about the water heater.  So we had to call a Plumber that charged us $149.00 for the initial consult.All we are asking is for $149.00.  Is this how you treat valued customers?  I myslef work for a warranty company and we go above and beyond to accomodate our customers.  Does not look like DRF values their customers.  Not sure who is responding but you do not sound very professional.I would still like my $149.00 refunded.

Dear Ms. [redacted], We are sorry to hear that this experience was not as smooth as expected. There is certainly some confusion with regards to the warranties you mention. The two warranties you mention are: the manufacturer’s warranty with [redacted] and the extended warrantee through [redacted]. Your...

water heater was installed over two years ago and a part failed. This is where [redacted] would assess your situation and get you taken care of. Because you had a warranty with [redacted], and called DRF, DRF referred you to [redacted] to get the proper service needed under your warrantee. [redacted] does not stock their service providers, DRF, with parts for situations such as these - therefore this is something [redacted] must handle with the customer. As you mentioned, you selected for our technician to come out and assess the situation, unfortunately you did not follow through the recommended process. You decided to install a brand new water heater where if the proper procedure was followed for your warrantee, [redacted] and/or [redacted] could have likely avoided the need for a new water heater altogether. Therefore the funds you are requesting is not something DRF would reimburse you for. We hope you understand that in good faith to you our customer, DRF had provided you with the proper guidance in the right direction to help your situation, but in the end you chose a different path which was not something DRF facilitated or recommended.

After coming home from work to find my water heat leaking, my apartment's maintenance office wasted no time in calling DRF. Tom * and Andrew responded in a timely manner despite having just finished another job and we're well within in their rights to call it day as it was after hours when they received the call. I then would have had to wait for an on-call employee who could have been at another job or some distance from my location.
Both were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I am very glad they were able to come out and install a new water heater the same day the problem occurred.

I had a great experience with DRF. From the courtesy calls on the appointment timing to the professional installation by Jesse, the whole process was smooth and efficient.

The company DFR did a fantastic job helping me organize a new hot water heater. They were fast and efficient. Andy G. was out at my house in under 5 hours and installed the new heater. He was very professional, did a excellent job on the installation. He was very considerate of the property. He explained everything in detail to me, and even explained the proper cleaning procedures. I would highly recommend this company and Andy G. to all of my neighbors and friends.

Antuan at DRF installed a new kitchen faucet for me on Oct. 6, 2015. In addition to the new faucet I needed to replace a saddle valve underneath the sink for a line that went to the refrigerator for an ice making machine. I didn't realize that I also needed to replace a different valve for a hot water line that went to the dishwasher, but he did it and I was happy that he honored a quote that was given to me by another plumber at DRF for replacing just the saddle valve. The new faucet is working out great and overall I am pleased with the workmanship.

When our water heater broke down on a Sunday evening we reached out to [redacted] who set us up with DRF. DRF customer service called me while I still in the store! They explained the process as well as our options thoroughly and without trying to push products and services down our throat. Next day, Rich and Anthony arrived as scheduled, and promptly removed and replaced our old water heater within an hour. Rich went over a few things with us in regards to the operation of the new water heater and we were goo to go. Important note: they did NOT leave a mess behind! Professional company with professional employees!

Antuan, from DRF, was very cordial and polite. He came in and got the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and would call upon his company for further work - if needed.

ANDREW WITH DRF CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE ON A SUNDAY, FIXED A TOILET THAT HAD A BAD SEAL, DID A GREAT JOB, VERY PROFFESIONAL, VERY NICE PERSON, FIXED THE PROBLEM CORRECTLY AND WE ARE NOW GOOD TO GO. I WOULD HIGHLEY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Within 3 hours of purchasing my water heater at Home Depot, DRF was at my door ready to install my water heater. [redacted] and their installer [redacted] appliances had messed up my order and could not install for another 3 days and nobody had relayed this info to me. Peter and Jake were great, explained the install and how the appliance worked before they left. They also cleaned up everything.

Matt and Noe's professionalism were exceeded only by their workmanship both of which were top drawer. Job well done. Any future plumbing work will be cared for by DRF.

Representatives let me know they were on their way. Arrived, explained the job and requirements, options, and necessary actions. Then went right to work. They were efficient and steady. At the end of the installation they explained the finished work, what had been done, and what I had to do from that point to ensure the water heaer was running correctly.

Antuan C. and Shane P. did an excellent job from start to finish. Removed the old hot water tank, replaced with a new one upgraded the gas lines and left the basement clean.

This was our first home install with DRF through [redacted]. The service was exceptional starting with the customer service department to the young men who did the removal/install of our water heater. Andrew and Ryan were courteous, worked efficiently and clean. After the install they walked us through what was done.
