I recently had a hot water installed by DRF Trusted Property Solutions My installer, Andrew [redacted] was very professional The installation went without a hitch, ahead of time, and according to codeDonovon and Andrew worked together very well and knew what and how to do all parts of this installation They left the area cleaner than when they got there I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a hot water heater installed

Rich and Anthony from DRF Property Solutions were polite, friendly and very knowledgeable in regards to installing my new water heaterThey were professional and had the attitude of getting this job done, doing it correctly in making sure it was installed up to code and working properlyWhen done, which was not a long period of time, explanation was given to my questions, information for future reference if needed was also includedI can relax and not worry, would highly recommend DRF associates Rich & Anthony

I think DRF Trusted Property Solutions is GREAT! My Hot Water Heater went out on Thursday On Friday, I called them and they sent Sal over to look at the situation and help me decide which Tankless Hot Water Heater System I should buy I made up my mind and on Saturday morning Rich Pand Jake (his assistant) came to the house and got to work These guys worked hard, in a cramped space in the basement, in the rain and wet outside while drilling vent holes through the brick, and got my HOT WATER restored in about hours Not only did the installation go well, they cleaned up after themselves My wife and I now have limitless HOT WATER and we owe it to the great service and professionalism of Rich and Jake from DRF Thank you!!!

We had two newly-purchased toilets installed through this company The installers showed up when they were scheduled to, and brought all of the equipment they said they would They were extremely courteous and clean They took care to make sure the carpets were protected, and cleaned up after removing the old toilets and before installing the new ones They were quick and professional (both installations took approximately thirty minutes total.) I went through the bathrooms after they had left, expecting to have to do a massive clean-up, but was pleasantly surprised to find very little to clean up

Our water heater developed a severe leak this morning, so I called Home Depot to schedule an appointment to have a new water heater installed DRF Trusted Property Solutions was [redacted] chosen installation company for my area I received numerous update calls (which were offered and accepted by me) as to when the installers would arrive They gave me a call minutes before they would arrive, which was perfect as I was able to attend my son's soccer tournament without worrying if the installers would be waiting outside my empty house Mike [redacted] and Noe were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional as they removed my old water heater and installed the new one The whole process took half as long as I would have expected and it looks and functions fantastic If I need another water heater (hopefully in a decade or more) I will utilize this service again Highly recommended
