Tom provided exceptional service to my tankless hot water heaterHe was courteous, informed and urgent while performing his workI will continue to use DRF for my plumbing and HVAC needs

Tom R& Donovan showed up at my house to install a new faucet and garbage disposal and I would recommend them to everyone I knowThey were very thorough, cleaned up EVERYTHING and were very concerned if I was happy with the work they had doneThe next time I need a plumber, I'll be calling DRF Trusted Property Solutions in a heartbeat!

Plumbers Tom Rand Bill from DRF installed a new rust filter, water softener, and RO system on Feb They were prompt, friendly, and very professional They were very well versed in the product and the work site was left very clean Thanks for a great job! I highly recommend DRF

Rich and Tyler were just great! Rich answered all of our questions about water heater installation and did a very careful jobHis helper Tyler took care in rolling the bulky appliance through the door, up the stairs and across our wood floorsThey arrived as promised, on time and finished the job in less than hours

My hot water heater went out on me and I called [redacted] to get a new one installed DRF was the company they used to install my new hot water heater They were GREAT Operator called and gave me a minute window They showed up in that time frame Joe L explained how everything would work His apprentice Dennis was great too Every step of the way they informed us what they were doing They had my hot water heater installed with minor plumbing work in and 1/hours No mess at all I would highly recommend these folks again

I was very pleased with the service by DRF Trusted Property Solutions in installing my hot water heater Andy Gand assistant Kyle performed the installation, and when finished, Andy provided a good overview of the valves and working process for the new hot water heater He was very thorough in answering questions and reviewed the warranty information for this new model They cut down the box for the garbage and left the area clean Thank you!

Albert and Anthony were very professorial They knew what needed to be done and did it The job was dose quickly and efficiently The cleaned up after themselves I only have good thinks to say about them!!!

Tom R provided exceptional plumbing service at my residence on Wednesday, January 27, I rec'd communication letting me know Tom's ETA Surprisingly Tom arrived ahead of the stated ETA He proceeded with his and his trainee James' introductionDuring the preliminary inspection, prior to the installation of my kitchen faucet, Tom informed me that my disposal was not properly tightenedHe tightened the disposal then installed the kitchen faucetUpon completion, they cleaned the area and Tom provided a demo on how the faucet worksThe timely professional service provided was greatly appreciated

Andy Gshowed up at the scheduled time, explained what he was going to be doing in detail, and was very neat and cleaned up the job site to the condition prior to the work being done

We had new countertops installed and the very next morning the plumber came out and reinstalled the plumbing Matt was very efficient and very pleasantHe explained as he went along making us feel we were in excellent hands When he finished the work he cleaned everything and made it look as good as it should if not better

Andy Gand Kyle came to replace my broken water heaterThey were professional and quick! They got the job done efficiently and answered all my questions without seeming rushedThey did a fantastic job and helped me out tremendously! I would suggest them for your water heater needs for sure

Water heater went out on 7/20/ We called [redacted] and they sent over DRF Mike Pand Andrew were out the very next day to replace it and saved the day! They were charismatic, professional and installed our water heater in a timely manner Mike and Andrew sat down with me not only to explain my bill, but to go over the operation of my new water heater I wish every home service was like this one I would definitely call them again

The installers were quick, competent, helpful, and courteous They explained the systems and gave advise on maintenance and purchasing salt for the water softener

Stated they would contact me within hours, It has now been days since the 2/12/response from DRF on this website, and they have not even once attempted to call myself or my husbandWhile I have no proof that I paid for the reverse osmosis system (as stated, it was a gift), they also have no proof that the plumbers performed their task correctly, and as I am not a plumber I don't know what it is supposed to look likeThe plumbers did install the one single part that GE had sent to me, which resulted in SOME water coming out of the faucet, which was an improvement to NO water coming out of the faucet, but the leak in the faucet remainedUpon calling GE to get further insight on 2/2/15, they indicated that the drainage hose was incorrectly installed if there were any severe dips or loops, (which there was a very large dip in the drain hose), and that was the most likely culprit of the leak since it is a gravity-fed system and any obstruction of the drainage hose would result in the faucet leakingFurthermore, the 1/6/date was supposed to have been no charge in the first place because the only plumber who did the job, ***, had told me that due to the defective part it would still be considered part of the initial installation and the service charge waivedThis was noted in their system when I called to schedule that 1/6/date, but when they had to reschedule to the 1/12/date that note had somehow been lost from their system Upon calling Ecowater, I inquired about pricing they would charge for the same install and was quoted $250-300, which is a HUGE difference from the $I was charged by DRFThat is price-gouging There is also yet another reschedule that occurred between the 1/and 1/dates they neglected to mentionWhen they rescheduled the 1/12/date, it was originally set for Saturday, 1/24/and they called on the 23rd saying that due to an oversight in their scheduling, the plumber who was supposed to come out on the 24th was on vacation until the following Monday, 1/26/14, thus, they rescheduled one single appointment times! Being grossly overcharged and then given the run-around with scheduling should be unacceptable business practiceWe are still waiting for a refund I have photos and video of this blight I will gladly provide if necessary Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 14, 2015/03/18) */ The customer's issue is with the manufacturer of the Reverse Osmosis system, which is GEWe did not manufacture nor did we sell the system to the customerThe customer should present her concern to GE since the faulty part was the source of the leakGE is not taking responsibility for the leak because the system is not under warrantyWhen an item is no longer under warranty, the manufacture holds no responsibility for a part failureAs a result, the customer is attempting to hold DRF responsible The customer also has an issue with our pricing, however, as stated in our previous response, she was given the quote prior to installation and could have declinedThe customer agreed to the quoted price and therefore, the installation was completed Ms [redacted] has declined our goodwill gesture to refund $to her and countered by requesting $Ms [redacted] should contact GE for further assistance in this matter and our offer to assist the customer by refunding $stands Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 16, 2015/03/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The source of the leak was not the result of a faulty part, as the faulty part was in fact replaced by DRFI have spoken to the manufacturer, GEAccording to my conversation with GE, the drainage hose was not properly installed which resulted in the leak and subsequent damageDRF is responsible for the installation, and the improper installation was the source of the leakWhether the product was under warranty or not has no bearing on DRF's negligence in this particular matter I am also upset by the lack of concern at how many times one single appointment had to be rescheduledDRF's constant failure to follow through in a timely manner has resulted in much wasted time and frustration on my end, and doesn't seem like a very good business practice I still feel that a $refund is reasonable as DRF is responsible for faulty installation, and also responsible for consistent rescheduling of one appointment and wasting my time I feel taken advantage of when it comes to the pricingYes I agreed to the pricing because I didn't know any betterI was referred to DRF by [redacted] for the installation, and I (apparently incorrectly) assumed that they would not refer me to someone who would price gouge me
