This business was referred thru *** *** by my Home Total Protect Warranty and the results were amazingly easy They called the night before to obtain specifics about my plumbing issues, set up a general time the next day to receive a call detailing approximate time for service visit They called on time and arrived at the designated time and identified my problem and replaced the water heater in short order Andy Ghandled himself in a professional manner and was extremely efficient and fully explained what he was going to do and showed me what he did upon completion Exceptional service

Antuan and Noe were quick, professional and knowledgeable They took their time answering my questions and were very helpful Both workers I highly recommend!

Installation service was very good*** *** price was expensive

Mike Pand his assistant Donovan installed a new hot water heater for us, and also went way out of their way to troubleshoot an unrelated plumbing issue that became apparent during their workThey were prompt, courteous and very professionalThe plumbing issue required them to stay until about 9:pm the day after Christmas, and they came back first thing the next morning to finish the job
They were excellent and went far above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were good to goThe installation was flawless and expertly done, and the resolution of the plumbing issue was also excellent

I have spoken with DRF a few times now and have found everyone to be very friendly and courteous Tom Rcame out to replace my water heater and he was awesome He was very professional, took photos of everything and explained the work he did All of my questions were answered and I felt that he really cared that I was taken care of and not just another tick mark on a list of to dos Thank you

A friend suggesting I buy my water heater through *** *** so I could use DRF for the installThe team of Tom R and Bill was terrificThey were knowledgeable, courteous and got the job done in minutesI'd highly recommend DRF and the team of Tom and Bill to get your water heater installed!

Friendly, courteous and most importantly, honest! After they arrived they told me the old water heater was still under a warranty I never would have known this They were able to install a new water heater and only charged me for the labor They took care of the warranty information with GE for me right there in my home! I would definitely use them again since they were honest! Andy G and Kyle were great and have positive karma coming their way

Our customer service representative advised that you may need a special pump. The brand of water heater pump was not available and with the pump it would take hours to complete the flushThis was the reason for the price. Be that DRF wanted to assist the customer as best
we could given the circumstances, such as try to do a flush without the pump, our plumber looked at *** videos to see if there was a way to bypass the pump that was needed and complete the flush for the customer. Unfortunately, that was not possible Regarding the $charge for the service call Although the plumber was unable to complete the flush that day the $is still charged because the plumber was dispatched to the customer’s home, he quoted for the work and the plumber was on the phone with Rheem for over minutes during the service call. We hope this customer further understands the circumstances of the situation and that DRF has always had the best interests of the customer in mind

On January 13, Ms*** contacted DRF wishing to replace her water heater, during our conversation with our customer it was determined that her water heater was no longer under warrantyWe sold Ms*** a water heater to be
installed the following dayMs*** requested us to arrive at her home after 3pm; this would normally require an emergency fee for any customer requesting specific time frames, we waived that cost for herWe were able to accommodate her request on January 15th, our plumber attempted to repair her water heater in an effort to save the customer the cost of a new heater, with the understanding that this may not be a permanent fixThe customer agreed and signed all paperworkMs*** contacted our office on February 3rd indicating she is still having problems with her water heaterShe is currently scheduled for Friday, February 13th and we are accommodating the after 3pm request with no additional cost againAs an act of good faith, we will also deduct her service fee of $from the total cost of her new water heater

When I called DRF I asked them if they fixed water heaters as I was unsure of the problemI had replaced mine only years ago through a different plumbing service that I didn't recall so I was in search of another plumbing companyThe wonderful person I spoke with assured me that they did fix water heaters but they would have an additional one on the truck that day just in case it was neededWhen *** arrived, he told me the water heater didn't need to be replacedIt just needed to be cleaned and it should be okayHe was wonderful and cleaned it all upHowever it went out three days laterI was not made away of any "permanent fix" I just assumed that if someone was fixing something it would last more then three daysMy friend relit it and it was fine for another few weeksThen it went out again
I called to see if they guarantee their servicesThey said that they would need to charge me an additional $for someone to come out and look at it againThen on top of that fee, I would need to pay for any partsI said "Well I have a hard time paying the $fee when this last time it only lasted for three days"I asked to speak with a manager to get that fee waved and they refusedBefore I hung up the phone I said "Ok well I will be contacting the Revdex.com because this is not fair or okay"She apologized and I let her know that an apology was not going to help my water heaterA follow up service call would work better
After filing a complaint I received a call from DRF and they said they could accommodate me in two different waysThey said that they could send someone out to look at it but if they fix it, it might only last temporarilyThe other choice was they would waive my $pervious bill and include it into the amount for replacing my water heater completelyI was very thankful they were offering me this opportunity as I simply wanted my $follow up fee waved and having the $put into my replacement fee was very kind of them
I asked them if they could send someone after 3:as I can't be there ever before that time dailyThey agreed but no fee being waived was ever mentionedHowever it was mentioned in the written responseI appreciated that fee being waived tooWe agreed on Friday Feb13th
On the day of service, they called to make sure I would be home after 3:and that the plumber was running on time so all should be good and he would be to my house around 3:At 1:I got a call to let me know that they would be charging me $because the plumbers were done early and they couldn't wait until 3:without charging me that $feeI let them know that we had an agreement with the previous response from the Revdex.com that I received in my email and my fee was going to be waivedSuddenly everything was fine againI appreciated the support they gave me following the first experience I had with this company

Donovan and James did a great job replacing both outside water valves, and one insideVery professional, did a great job explaining what work they were going to be doing

I was extremely concerned about having my toilet replaced because of some horror stories I had heard Mike Pand Ryan Jwere efficient, polite and knew what they were doing It took about an hour to do the work And they left the room clean I'm hoping to have my other toilet done in a few months

Technicians were on site and promptly got to work Job was completed with in a reasonable time frame and all aspects of the install were brought up to code

Prompt, friendly, quickAntuan Cand Alex Zreplaced my ancient water heater and were knowledgeable and no-nonsense about it allIn an hour and a half, they'd removed the old unit, drained it, made the necessary adjustments to my existing pipes, installed the new one with full instructions and explanations, and hauled away the old unitHigh recommendation
