Needed a new water heater because the old one has a leakI don't know how they would get the old one out and the new one in because it was really tight.No problem for Antuan C, he looked it over and with a few measurements got to work I always wondered how they would get a new tank such a tight place but they didNow I know!!

The installers were professional, clean and very polite They asked all the right questions, explained their process as they completed the work and were very efficient and organized I would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber

Andy Gand Nick were very professionalWhen they arrived to install the water heater I purchased over the phone the night before from [redacted] (DRF is the retailer's water heater installer), they learned the model was too tall to properly connect to the existing ventilation system though the furnance chimneyIt was a relief that Andy had another model on the truck that would fit (DRF always carries spares he says) and the installation did not have to be rescheduled because the old water heater was leaking badlyThe quote for the new model was lessInstallation went smootly and clewas spotless, which exceeded my expecationsAndy walked me through the features on the new water heater and answered all my questionsExtremely satisfied with the installation

Thank you for your feedbackOur plumber provided you with the proper up to code installation of your water heaterThe inspector’s deduction that your home failed inspection was not due to DRF’s installation, but a previous installation that was not conducted by DRFThis pre-existing condition with your chimney (regarding a high efficiency furnace that was not up to code properly with the chimney) was not within the scope of work performed by DRF This is an issue that requires an HVAC company for installation and is understandably outside of the scope of plumbingWe are happy to help refer you to a company that can assist you with this installationTell us why here
