Plumber Tom Rand his assistant, Donavin, did excellent work in my time of need They were professional and helpful explaining what they were doing and why The job was completed on time and for the price quoted They cleaned up after their work and even helped me in cleaning up my mess I would call on them again if I had a similar problem in the future

Kevin and his team were quick and they did not make any more of a mess than the leaking water heater they replaced did In addition, DRF did everything they could to help predict when the plumbers would arrive so that I could leave work in time

They arrive on time and fully explained what work they would do and the costs for the work They were very patient with questions my wife and I had and explained problems that they encountered, and gave us options of what they could do to fix the problems If Matt did private plumbing work on the side, I would quickly hire him for additional work in my home!

Albert, Anthony and the whole team at DRF turned an aggravating experience into a positive one They were quick, courteous, and most importantly to me, explained every step as the went about installing my new Rheem water heater on 9/22/What I liked most of all, there were no "surprises" that came up during the installation Thank you Albert, Anthony and team DRF I will be recommending your services to friends and family
