To whom it may concern: [redacted] has been refunded for her two charges, both were issued on one for $89.95(transaction ID # [redacted] ) and the other for $85.97(transaction ID # [redacted] I don't know what else [redacted] would like us to doHopefully the refunds will brings this case to a close

I received an offer for a trial of Duplicell's face and eye cream It was my understanding that it was only going to cost shipping and handling I later received a bill for both I called in and spoke to a very rude man that said I did not know how to read and that it was unfortunate ut I would be charged anyway He took off the charge finally for the eye cream and told me it was only beause he was being nice That was far from it I continued to receive face cream I mailed them back and called seeral ties to tell them to discontinue, but I always got a voice mail that said they would call me back and they didn't When I received my third box, I found another number for ordering from them and got thru to the same rude man...the owner...? Shein?? I told him I wanted this discontinued and my money back for the shipments He said I could not get payment for the ones I returned without theier permission He gave me a return number for the one I have now but told me I would have to pay to ship it back and then they would refund my money...gut only for this package I am furious This man is a crook I hope no one else buys this product and gets sucked into this scheme I am out several hundred dollars, and if there is ever a law suit, I want to be involved

I was able to locate the customer’s record because I contacted her daughter and requested the last of the customer’s credit card numberMy customer service agent's weren't able to find the customer’s record because the first name, customer address, and e-mail provided was incorrect and
in fact her daughter’s phone number and e-mailI spoke with the customer's daughter and she was very rude and nastyI attempted to help her but she was fixated on the fact she felt her mother didn’t order the product even after she agreed the information we had in our records (address, name, and email) we had was correct.
