I dont know how I would have been able to pull it off myself and I have used before and all three times they managed to scratch chip or overcharge me but this move with East Coast from New York to LA went smooth as can be despite the terrible weather boy did it snow. the crew was not deterred or grumpy led by Hector they were hardworking and on delivery set up the home to my wifes specs which is priceless in itself.

After countless calls to their customer service department, I was finally able to find someone who actually works. Took over a month to get my refund after 3 different people said they processed the refund. Thank Matthew [redacted] for me. Also, at any point in time feel free to become an ethical business. The way you treat your customers is horrible which is why you've had to change your name so many times. I urge the Revdex.com to review their status immediately. Allowing business to operate in this manner and allow them accreditation defeats the entire purpose of being Revdex.com accredited. Their unprofessional-ism cost me an additional 2,000 and countless headaches. I would not recommend anyone to use them EVER.

think their business tactics with regard to service charge for stairs are misleading, it was set forth in the contract and I accept partial blame for not catching it.  However, their mere response that my bed "has been sent," is not acceptable to me.  In fact, this is basically the response they have been providing me this entire time.  It is now nearly three months later.  I was forced to purchase a new mattress as I simply could not go without a bed for three months, nor should I have to.  This has been a significant inconvenience to me and I should, at minimum, be reimbursed for the mattress I was forced to purchase.

we are refunding the client $300 and the client has agreed to this as a resolution to their complaint

We have no record of this client, we do not have a Brian here and we do not work with [redacted] we ask the client to recheck the paperwork and the contact info on the paperwork or provide documentation showing we did this move.

We strive to give the most accurate estimates possible however when the clients descriptions of the items to be moved is inaccurate we must readjust the quotes for the move accordingly and do so prior to the items being picked up so the client knows the complete cost of the move prior to the service. We also provided the client a discount off the price that we would usually charge for the service in an effort of good faith.

While we do our best to give accurate estimates a lot of times clients have more items than first indicated we inform the client of this prior to loading and gave her the new cost which she signed agree to before we performed service as contract and we gave a discount off the total amount as well to...

We did go to provide a service to clients and he signed paperwork stating that he understood the deposit was non refundable he certain amount of cubic footage at a certain cost he had more we came revised cost he is not doing his deposit back but out of good faith we are willing to return $150 of that back to them or you can use the deposit for a future move

We attempted to service the client twice . They declined service and the contract signed by them said the deposits are non refundable and that if they have additional items or services they are responsible for paying.

We do apologize that the client had issues with their move. Customer satisfaction is our goal. The client wil be sent a claim form and they will recieve full reimbursement through the claims process

I unfortunately hired East Coast Moving and Storage and got a hard sell on how the company has an A+ rating with Revdex.com. Since then I am seeing a SLEW of complaints from customers posted on this website in July (unfortunately for me, AFTER I hired them). My experience has, so far, been similar to these complaints.
- They charge by square foot, and miraculously, my estimated square footage was significantly lower than what the movers said it was actually... just like the other complaints I'm reading! The money I thought I would save by hiring them is gone. I thought Revdex.com's A+ rating hinged on the company's ability to give accurate estimates with no surprise hidden costs. Besides, I did a move a year and a half ago, had no additional large items since then, yet somehow my load was over 100 sq feet higher than when I moved previously.
- I have made made several calls to their company to just inquire on the status of my delivery... not to complain... just to get an update, and surprise-surprise, only sales will answer the phone, customer service will not, claims will not, dispatch will not. When sales figured out I was just calling to inquire about my existing delivery, now even they have stopped answering the phone. Guess they have caller ID and they are screening.
My advice to potential customers... despite Revdex.com giving them an A+ rating (I'm not sure how this is even possible as East Coast seems to miss on every one of their criteria) PLEASE read the complaints... they seem to be a more reliable source of what your experience will be like- Just wish they were there before July so I would know the wheels would come off this company just as I needed a mover.

Also, there was nothing in the original estimate about additional charges or that they would contract my moving service to a subcontractor.  [redacted] Moving handled my moving service, not East Coast.  This still does not explain why my cost went from $2100 to over $4300.
 
I would prefer that they return my calls and I still don't have the total cost of the move.  
 
This looks like they are hiding there fraudulent activities.

The clients items are safe and sound we will complete the service as contracted and we are reaching put to them to resolve the issue and complete delievry

We do have an open claim for the client that does not have the mattress on it. We are adding the Mattress to the claim because unfortunately we cannot locate it so we are reaching out to the client to let them know the Mattress has been added to the claim and they will receive reimbursement for the mattress through the claims process and we do apologize for the inconvenience.

These guys really got the job done and did it cleanly and professionally. I found them at [redacted] and there work ethic, promptness and great attitudes made the move not so stressful and the price was well within my budget too!

We did not fail to uphold our contract . the client decided to cancel and the deposit as state don the quote is nonrefundable. We would howver be willing to credit the deposity amount towarda future service.

We finally received our refund check on 6/30/2015. The check came in a regular envelope rather than a company envelope or security envelope. My check was dated 7/13/2013, but the envelope was dated 7/27/2015. Again I apologize if I ever typed [redacted] our sales agent name was [redacted]) and we spoke with a [redacted] who was supposed to be [redacted] manager. My overall experience is that I don't trust this company and again could not confirm it is was a full company or 4 people working in a basement. The fact that they took our deposit and did a no call no show 2 days in a row states they cannot be trusted.
