While we regret the client was not pleased with the service we did move him as contracted and we as he provide the documentation for this move to show that what he signed for is what he paid

Dear [redacted], I will not send a truck all the way from Chicago to KY just to come to your house and cancel the job. Your deposit doesn't even cover third of the expenses I had. you had a lot of items that were not on the original list, if we proceeded with the move I will be able to show you the accurate list of what we picked up compare to what was on the estimate but because  we ended up not moving you I don't have ant contract that list those items. I can offer you this, if you can show the inventory list you ended up moving with any other moving company and that list wont have additional items compare to the list we have on your estimate I will refund your deposit. you can send the list to [email protected] and call me at the office line to figure it out. Best RegardsSean O.

intial phone quote was RIDICULOUSLY LESS than actual amount. It is a scam to get people to commit, then after belongings already loaded they come with the REAL price. Absolute ripoff!

I am rejecting this response because: $125 is not the requested refund.  Due to the time it has taken to resolve this, I will counter at $750 which is far less than I originally requested.  The cost per day that I was without my items is far more than $125 total and was outlined in the original claim.

The client was given an estimate however they had far more items at the time of the move so the estimate was revised they chose not to go with the service and therefore forfeited deposit we have answered all the clients questions and are willing to give them credit towards a future move

Terrible is about the best I can say about my family's experience with this company. We hired them to move us in the summer to California from Chicago. First, they arrived two days after the date promised for pick-up. On the day the truck did arrive, finally, they sent people over to pack-up and put our stuff outside waiting for the truck. When it started to rain I had to insist they put tarps so our stuff wouldn't get wet. At 8 pm when the truck finally arrived, customer service stated our driver would give us massive discounts, which never happened.

Our stuff then went into storage, I am assuming some of our stuff is still there as we are missing 3 boxes.

One week after the final date promised for delivery our truck arrived on a Sunday afternoon. The third payment was cash per the contract but the driver said it was now a considerable amount more, which he failed to mention the day before, and sprung on us at the time of delivery. So we had to scramble to get money from atm's to cover cost.

We do have three boxes that aren't ours, which they refuse to pick-up, but I don't want to toss in hopes someone is reciprocating with our 3 boxes.

This company was unresponsive and uncommunicative throughout the process. Would not recommend.

move, at this point you had 2 options, 1 is to let us pick up everything for the new revised estimate price or 2 to let us only take the original 81 items for the original estimated price, you were talking to the office and insisted that you wanted to take everything that u had in the house for the original estimated price and that was impossible. Best RegardsSean O.

I am rejecting this response because:The response is incorrect. Please have the owner list these supposed extra 120 items as I went over the list with the mover when he arrived. He gave me a random estimate of the move costing almost $4000 more than was quoted without any facts to back it up. The estimate included 30 boxes and there was no way of knowing that the boxes would add up to more than that. I have since had to pack up my items myself and they did not exceed what was estimated. Also, I did not demand that I be moved for the estimated amount. I asked that the movers contact the sales team to find out where the discrepancy was and they told me that they were doing that but instead the movers left without anyone ever contacting me. I told the manager, David, that I would make a decision once I had spoken to someone in sales who could figure the problem out. I then made repeated calls to the office that were ignored. I’m

Man these guys really busted their buts to get me and my family moved out with ones day notice and they did a great job. Wrapped all the stuff up and took apart the beds. On delivery they put it all back together and set up the house for us!

The staff was very professional from start to finish. I got an onsite moving quote from Chris who really knew his stuff. He explained the entire moving process to me so I felt comfortable using them and when the crew came out they executed the plan from start to finish just as planned and we had no hiccups or headaches and the quote was binding as promised not a penny more so much thanks and you guys rock!

Please do not use this company for your move. They cost my husband and I time, money, and a lot of stress.

A short synopsis of our experience with this company: We hired the moving company, paid our deposit and set the date. The day before our scheduled move they cancelled on us saying that no trucks were available even though we had reserved a date far in advance and had paid our deposit. Without an apology they offered a refund, which upon depositing the check into our account, bounced. We had to have an attorney call the company to eventually get the funds which did not include a reimbursement for the charge that fell in our laps from our bank depositing a bounced check.

I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for your moving needs!
