On 2/24/16, Apollo was scheduled to do a routine cheon my furnace They arrived on time but determined that I had a cracked heat exchange and needed to shut off my furnace because of government regulations do to carbon monoxide levels After calls to their center, I was told the part would not be available till 3/02/and the service would be performed 3/3/ After spending a week living with space heaters and the house temperature at degrees, they told me a wrong part had been ordered and would not arrive till pm and someone would be right out After 6:pm, I called and checked the status of the technicians, in which they told me they were still waiting on the parts and someone would call me back At 7:pm I called back and was told by they had not ordered the wrong part, but the expedited shipment had not arrived and was not their fault Apollo offer to come out the next day for the service and when asked "if the part was going to be delivered that day", they said they weren't sure I suggested them pay for a hotel room for the week long inconvenience and was simply told it wasn't their responsibility and should ask the expedited shippers for reimbursement for the hotel After a week without a furnace in the dead of winter, I was not happyFollow up After spending a week without a furnace, the correct part was delivered on 3/3/Apollo came out and performed the service on 3/3/and were professional, apologetic, and punctualThe matter is now resolved

Hands down the best customer service ! I had Patrick B service my house today and he was greatPatrick really took the time out to inspect my furnace and educated me on my furnace needs etcHe went above and beyond! I will be using this company in the future

Max Hwas the Apollo plumbing technician who came to our home for plumbing repairsMax was very professional and knowledgeableHe communicated the problem in simple straight forward terms, and completed the repairs exactly as he statedIt was a pleasure to have Max come to our home and fix our shower

I have had Apollo service for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs for 5+ yearsI have never been disappointedMost recently, I needed a sewer line replacedThe plumbers (Dustin and Matt) were terrificThey were honest, fair, and kept me informed of everything they were doingI would not hesitate to work with Apollo again

I see why this company has great reviewsEveryone I work with was great and did a great jobI got furnaces installed and one of them was in a small crawl space and it was a nightmare for them to installthey were getting cut up trying to reach things and had to do all the work on there kneesby the time they were done they were so glad to be donebut they never complained and did a great jobOh and when calling to set up appointments it was never more than days for someone to come out to the house

Max came for my annual plumbing checkHe was prompt, polite, and explained everything as he went along Granted it took longer than expected because I asked a lot of questions, but the way of making a report, for me, was also time consumingTime for a computer update It was a very good appointment

Apollo does great workFriendly staff, always on time and reasonably priced

Quoted one price for plumbing service, I approved the service, then was charged more than the quote At no time was I told of additional charges Was asked to call to "discuss" I said no discussion, the original price was outrageous, I am angry that they charged me more without my consent

Excellent service - responded very quickly to a call about our furnace not working at pm - had the technician there, diagnosed the problem and went to pick up the parts and had the system working again by 9:pmI feel like Apollo's prices are somewhat higher than average, but the service provided and professionalism may be worth it to some
