Brandon and Terry did a wonderful job installing a new tankless hot water heater for us We had a failure of our old water heater that was discovered ~10PM I called Apollo's afterhours line and Brandon called me back in less than minutes He was very knowledgeable and a great phone resource to get things set for the evening He was at our house by 9AM the next morning and the new tankless heater was installed by 5PM that day Both he and Terry were great about keeping me informed of what they were doing and why and the overall experience was very positive I would highly recommend both of them for household plumbing needs

I am an experience DIY handyman, but I know when to call in the professionals Apollo and Chris *** fit the description to a "T"! When Chris arrived (and he arrived exactly when promised) with his helper Chris Q, they quickly diagnosed the issue and offered several possible solutions Chris J called the home base to see if someone could cover their next stop so they stay to work on my problem That did not work out, so we scheduled a return visit, at my convenience Chris J gave me a "worst case scenario" estimate, so I would not be surprised It was right about what I expected, based upon my own DIY experience Chris J also reviewed the Apollo Service Plan with my wife and myself and left the material to review at our leisure NO HARD SELL, just the facts and figuresWhen Chris J returned (again, right on time) for the rescheduled visit (without Chris Q, who was on another call); he double checked everything and as we discussed the options available, he came up a new one that did not require opening walls, or running new wires everywhere He was able to make the repair, to my complete satisfaction, for a sixth of the original estimate Chris was very courteous and friendly at all times I enjoyed and appreciated his banter and his expertise We will be using Apollo for many more home repairs, if everyone there is as top shelf as Chris

It was my good fortune to have Ash W*** assigned to my request for electrical services to be performed at my residence following a call to Apollo I was so very impressed by this young man's expertise, attitude and professionalism He also possesses a wonderful personality and sense of humor He remedied the problems and took the time to explain all that was done, etc I definitely think that Ash is an outstanding representative of Apollo and I will definitely be calling Apollo for an electrical repair with a specific request for Ash to render the services
