We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns. The local office spoke with the customer. Per the manufacturer’s warranty, the carpet must be professionally cleaned within eighteen (18) months. The customer has advised she has scheduled to have the carpet professionally cleaned.

The regional manager spoke to the customer today and offered to reimburse her for a contractor to address the door.

We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns. The local office has spoken with the customer and scheduled service for Thursday, May 25, 2017.

The local office mailed the warranty and inspection documents on August 1, 2017.  All of our warranty information and care information is online at our website. We have scheduled for Saturday August 5th for service.

I am rejecting this response because:Wood inserts were successfully repaired by a carpenter as scheduled on Friday, September 29th. A further appointment will be necessary to replace the carpet in the affected area.

dollar credit. I never used a credit card. I gave a check for payment and was told I would receive a check via mail. I have not. I was told that my check was suppose to be processed and given back to me the same day. It was not. Then I was told I would receive it via mail. I have not. This company has committed fraud. Processed my check for an amount that I did not write on the check and is refusing to make things right.

I do have a concern about the seams in the hallway between bedrooms, and I am waiting to see if the will lay flat on their own before finishing this complaint.
