apology for the horrible and unprofessional service rendered. My calls have  still have not been received from either customer service, local sales management or corporate resolutions. A response from the business that the job was FINALLY completed and that they appreciate my feedback does not resolve this matter. I would like the issue of a refund specifically addressed.

We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns.   Service to the installed carpet was completed on August 22nd at no cost to the customer. We thank the customer for their feedback regarding their service.

Service was begun today, Wednesday April 5, 2017.

my hardwood flooring could be stained to match the hardwood steps.I have not received a response. I also asked that the price be reduced, as the length of time of this experience has cost a great deal of inconvenience. I have not received a response to this either.
