Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] Empire has told me in three separate occasions that they would return my callFirst they said that they had to talk to the salesman to make sure the window treatment was a gift, part if a promotion since I accepted the flooring offerThey never called me back, that was more than a month agoThen another person called and said they wanted me to explain the situation to them a second time and that they would return my call the next dayThey dint return the all the next dayI've called and left messages but I don't believe that Enpire wants to right their wrong

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I would like to know when the business has contacted usThey contacted me once and told me that they will call back to schedule someone to setup a dateRegardless, they agreed to fix the problems and they should be fixing it as the while floor is sqeaking everywhere and even with one year labor warrantyWhen they sold us this product they quoted high quality workmanship and lifetime warranty on the hardwood and it dents on a drop a remote This is regular wear and tear that we are talking that is not up to the markI want them to tell me what their lifetime warranty supports because right now,I have a product that is sqeaky all over and the dents and chips very easily.My year old contractor grade hardwood in my kitchen where the wear and tear is more has held up better than this hardwood that is just years old Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The order WAS NOT scheduled for November 23rd It was RESCHEDULED for November 23rd when Empire failed to come thru on what we paid for We paid to have laminate and carpet installed on the 19th of November Our moving truck was to arrive on the 20th We paid $4,to have the installation on Saturday the 19th, before the moving truck, so we could properly move in We were never told the laminate and carpet contractors would be separateFurthermore, we were never contacted about the carpet contractor pulling out of the job for Saturday It wasn't until we called Empire that they told us what was happening This was after we confirmed with them the day and week prior The customer service was less than helpful They were continuously flip When I got in touch with the business (before the Revdex.com), they continued to say there was nothing they could do This is unacceptable We expect more than just $as compensationThey failed on their end We want more money back Sincerely, [redacted]
