I want to acknowledge Michael *** and the way he dealt with our issuesHe was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeableHe stayed in constant contact and explained everything and went out of his way as our warranty process progressed

Though I have not been a long standing customer, so far I have received excellent customer support and both my initial contact and the person I just spoke to answered all my questions and was most helpfulI expect my future service to be great

I was really pleased with the service I received from a service representative named Joe He was pleasant, attentive and he listened I called back later to cancel the policy because my family purchased a new car for me and got a representative whose name is Justin Justin was not a person I would have working for me I didn't mind being questioned about why I was canceling my policy but not in the arrogant, demeaning way in which he did I would like to recommend a book to him that I gave to people who have worked with me titled "First Things First' Because I was told I could cancel the policy within days, I was upset with the way I was treated when I did

Nicole was amazing She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied More than that, I could tell she cared about my problem My wife and I watch every dime with kids in school and when we come across people like Nicole and companies like Endurance, it makes us feel good Like someone is watching out for us THANK YOU NICOLE !! YOU ARE AWESOME !!

In response to the case number listed above, we contacted the consumer in order to provide a resolutionWe understand the consumer took the vehicle in for repairs to the drive axleThe repair facility indicated that the drive-axle boot
had split causing it to leakOnce all the grease had leaked out the drive axle became dry due to lack of lubrication causing it to fail as wellWe informed the consumer and repair facility that we can cover the failure to the boot but cannot cover any failure due to continued operation resulting in further damageThe policy specifically states that any failure due to continued operation is not coveredBy driving the vehicle with a torn boot, all of the grease eventually leaked out and damage was caused to the drive axle from continuing to operate the vehicle without lubricationThe claim was pending an estimate from the repair facility however, the repair facility never continued with the claim or provided an estimateThe consumer paid for the repairs without moving forward with the claimIn the interest of excellent customer service, Endurance reached out to the consumer in order to resolve the matterWe obtained a copy of the invoice from the repair facility and informed the consumer that we will provide her with full reimbursement for total repair costWe also informed the consumer that continued operation of a vehicle in a failed state it not covered under the contract in the futureEndurance will always provide each and every customer with excellent customer service

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! sent a request in over weeks for a refund after only months of a year warrantythey prorated it 50%, and STILL have not sent me my refundI will NEVER use Endurance again or recommend themalways give you the run around

The customer had an approved claim but his *** dealership would not accept a shipped part The customer did not want to let another shop that would accept the part do the work Endurance's Customer Service Manager talked to the customer, explained everything in detail and the customer
was satisfied with the refund

Endurance is a certified member of the Vehicle Protection Association. As a certified member Endurance is required to disclose our identity in all of the marketing channels Endurance participates in, including television advertising, internet advertising and direct mail promotions.
Endurance is the legal owner of any entity disclosed on the mailed advertisement Endurance apologizes for any frustration the consumer experienced in response to the mailed advertisement, and per the consumer's request, Endurance has placed the consumer on our internal "Do Not Mail" database to make sure she does not receive a direct mail advertisement from our company in the future

Nicole *** provided excellent customer service she assisted me with filing my claim and making sure I understood everything

Endurance and the consumer ag*** to cancel the consumer's vehicle service contract, waive any cancellation fees as well as time used and issue the consumer a full refund

I talked to eddie *** and he was very professional, I got all my needs metpromptly

On September 16, the customer contacted Endurance and purchased an Endurance Select Premier vehicle service contract for her *** *** with approximately 87,miles on it.On July 5, 2017, Endurance's Claims Department received a call from a repair facility to initiate a vehicle
repair claim stating the customer reports that her check engine light is on and the vehicle feels as if the speed is slowing down erratically and jerking. Upon inspection the technician found the oil level to be low and noise to be coming from the timing chain. The Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's) that were pulled were consistent with a stretched timing chain.In order to verify the stretched chain, verify the condition of the tensioners to see if a failed tensioner was causing the issue, and to check for any damage that may have occurred, the repair facility needed the customer's authorization to remove the timing cover.The customer authorized the repair facility to complete the diagnosis. On July 10, 2017, upon completing the diagnosis, the repair facility contacted Endurance to report that they found the timing chain to have stretched. Unfortunately, the Select Premier vehicle service contract does not cover failures or repairs due to wear and tear, and the repair claim was denied as such. A stretched chain is wear and tear over time, a broken chain is an actual failure covered under the contract.In the interest of customer service, Endurance requested a third party inspection of the vehicle. The inspector verified that the timing cover had been removed and that the timing chain had stretched and was currently hanging loose approximately 1/8th of an inch below the top timing chain guide. The inspector and technician agreed that this was consistent with excessive wear of the timing chain due to time and miles. There was also evidence of this being a long term issue, as the chain had stretched enough and had been that way long enough to have made contact with the timing cover "slapping the timing cover" and leaving marks.Endurance's Customer Service Manager has attempted to contact the customer over the last few days but the customer has not answered

I am very happy with the customer service of this company I spoke with Eddie ***
and he was very helpful

I would definitely recommend Endurance, especially Martin *** He helped me out with my situation flawlessly and without a hiccup

today I spoke with the rep *** *** and he was a lot of help very polite I would recommend anyone else who calls up undurance should ask for him is very helpful thank you very much for your great help
