In response to the above referenced case number, Endurance reviewed the information attached with this specific consumer to ensure a resolutionAfter a thorough investigation, Endurance determined this to be a complaint against the administrator of claimsThe obligor/administrator of the contract
is Interstate National Dealer Services (INDS)A claim was filed directly with INDS by the consumer and the claim was deniedEndurance does not approve or deny any claims whatsoever therefore we accordingly contacted INDS in order to uncover a reason for denial on behalf of the consumerINDS informed Endurance that the claim was denied due to components not listed for coverageThe coverage specifically lists all items which are covered under the contractWe contacted the consumer in order to grant assistance with this issueWe explained that at the time of contract purchase, client chose not to go with the full coverage due to mileage restrictionsThe plan the customer chose to go with does not provide as much coverage however allows an additional 100,miles of driving which was specifically requested and explained at the time of saleThe customer called in a year later due to a denied claim and was understandably upsetWe explained why the item was not covered and once again offered the higher level of coverageThe customer upgraded however, the upgrade will cover only future repairs and cannot cover the current claimAlthough Endurance does not approve or deny any claims filed by the consumer, we reversed the payment back to the customer for the upgraded contractEndurance will always strive to provide each and every individual with excellent customer service

Martin was great, he was the best the that ever helped me!

my policy was flag canceled due to my car not being eligible for coverage, I found this out years after my policy was established, Eddie from endurance, stood by my side to make sure that I got a full refund even though the administrator refused to refund the whole amount , in the end Eddie from endurance was able to get my full refund and I am waiting for my check in the mail

This is a comment on the service that I received from Martin ***@Endurance Warranty Services I have recently just stated back to work and I had got behind in my payments I called in already upset because I had been trying to may arrangements with my other bills Martin went out his way to not only help me with an extension he calmly eased the stress that he would help me keep my warranty with other arrangements until I'm caught up

consumer has an Arkansas address, yet the consumer's address is in New York.Endurance contacted the consumer and he confirmed he received the mailed advertisement in New York. Endurance apologized about any inconvenience and told the consumer that Endurance will add the consumer to Endurance's "Do Not Mail" database to ensure he does not receive any direct mail advertisements in the future

My experience was very good with Endurance I ended up asking for a refund after my initial purchase and they were very easy to work with on their 100% money back guarantee

On January 23, the customer contacted Endurance and purchased an Endurance Superior Used vehicle service contract for his *** *** with approximately 87,miles Endurance's Superior vehicle service contract is a "stated-component" contract which means the contract
covers the cost of the repairs for the mechanical breakdown of the parts "stated" in the contract At the point of sale the customer was made aware of the coverage details of the vehicle service contract, and upon his agreement to purchase the vehicle service contract the customer was transferred to Endurance's Verification Department where a Verification Representative went through what the contract covers and verified the customer's understanding of the contract The customer was also provided a hard copy of the contract which was sent via USPS Critical Mail with delivery confirmation On June 7, the customer initiated a repair claim for a shifter assembly as well as the customer's car's turbo The shifter repair was denied as the shifter is not listed for coverage in the customer's vehicle service contract The turbo repair was denied because according to a third party inspection of the vehicle, the turbo actuator was clogged with carbon build up and the carbon build up caused the failure Endurance spoke with the customer and in the interest of customer service, issued the customer a full refund Endurance's Customer Service is also helping to source parts for the customer at a less expensive price

Endurance refunded the consumer the additional $and the consumer is satisfied

Great customer service

I purchased the best warranty availbale for my older car (2008, 85,miles)The warranty covered most major parts of the car
of the covered parts failed but Endurance did not approve my claim saying that the parts failed because of a tiny other part that was itself not coveredEven though this is stipulated in their contract, it is a very devious way to geet out of paying for partThe tiny part that failed is a very common part to fail when the other major parts alsofail, and I am sure Endurance knows thatThis allows them to geet out of paying
I did have a long argument with the director of customer service and he agreed that my logic wwas sound about it and he tried to have the claim re-openedThe claim person diregarded his recommendation decided not to re-open the claimneedless to say, I cancelled my policy on the spot
What is the point of buying a warranty if you cannot count on it paying for repairs when you need it!!!
