On May 11, 2016, the customer contacted Endurance and purchased an *** National Dealer Services Xtra Custom contract for her *** *** with 177,miles on it At the point of sale, the customer was provided the complete coverage details as well as Endurance's 30-day money back
guaranty policy The customer was then transferred to Endurance's sales verification team and the verification representative again went through the specifics of the policy with the customer The customer was also provided a hard copy of the vehicle service contract which was sent via USPS Critical Mail with delivery confirmation Please be advised, Endurance was strictly the seller of the vehicle service contract Endurance sold the customer an *** National Dealer Services vehicle service contract *** is the administrator/obligor of the vehicle service contract which means *** administers (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay the approved claims Endurance plays no role whatsoever in the approval or denial of claimsThe customer interacted with *** during the claims process, not Endurance Endurance had no idea about the customer's claim issue until Endurance received the Revdex.com complaint Upon receiving the complaint our company contacted *** to ascertain the status of the customer's claim According to *** the customer's car's motor mounts need to be replaced and there are transmission issues that are still waiting for diagnostic results The claim has not been denied The motor mounts are approved but the shop the customer took his car to doesn't do transmission tear down or repair, they just do transmission replacements *** asked the customer to take the vehicle to *** or any other shop that will diagnose transmission problems, the customer has to pay one shop to do all of the work The customer initially refused to agree to the teardown because if the problem is not covered the customer will have to pay for the diagnosis Endurance emailed and called the customer several times and there was no answer nor a return call from the customer

First this company states the repair shop will contact them for authorization The shop told me to call when I bring it in to save time in getting authorization I took my truck in and was told I needed new injectors The company authorized replacing one of eight based on the code I had all eight replaced to avoid seven more trips to the shop based on the domino theory I then called to inquire as to why endurance feels the others won't fail in succession I could not get through as it was only 9:and the are open to Please note that is 9-central time which was not mentioned in the recording It appears I should have let the other injectors fail one at a time and paid the trip $deductibleBe warned that this company MUST be consulted step by step no matter how much you trust you repair service

My wife and I purchased ENDURANCE EXTENDED WARRANTY for approx and after paying it off our Ford F-broke down and being miles from home being in Washington State, *** *** towed our truck to *** *** ** *** *** as well as our fifth wheelBecause of *** *** turning in an incorrect diagnosis saying that a hose caused the breakdown I was declined with ENDURANCE when after having to pay for towing our fifth wheel miles to a location to park our trailer and for towing our truck to a diesel repair shop that would work on our truckAs it turns out the inter cooler had caused the problem and it cost me out of pocket another to repair the engine and Endurance again refused our claim..Leaving my wife and I stranded in the worst fires in history in Washington State with my wife having COPDI WAS TOLD BY SCOTT, ENDURANCE REPRESENTATIVE THAT , MY SITUATION IS NOT HIS PROBLEM !!! AFTER HEARING THAT I TOLD SCOTT I WANTED TO CANCEL MY SERVICE IN WHICH HE DID NOT AND IT WASN'T UNTIL I CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY AND HAD A LETTER SENT THAT ENDURANCE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND IT TOOK ALMOST MONTHS TO GET THE PARTIAL REFUND WHICH I BELIEVE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A TOTAL REFUND BUT WAS NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I phoned the company and after getting no where I requested a TOTAL REFUND seeing I had not used the service having been turned down for infractions which they summarized to not cover the coverageI WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND ENDURANCE WARRANTY SERVICE TO ANY ONE BECAUSE THEY ARE A SELF SERVICING COMPANY THAT PRACTICES NOT COVERING ANYTHING AND CHOOSE TO ARGUE THE PROBLEM ENDURANCE RETURNED OF THE I HAD PAYED IN FULL AND THEY NEVER PAID FOR ONE THING IN THE YEAR OF THE YEAR PLAN I PURCHASED CHEATING ME OUT OF FOR DOING NOTHING !!! IN MY OPINION ENDURANCE IS LESS THAN HONORABLE COMPANY AND IN THE BUSINESS OF CHEATING AND LIKE WATER TAKING THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE TO NOT PAY MECHANIC BILLS

In response to the above referenced case number,
Endurance reviewed the information attached with this specific consumer to
ensure a resolutionAfter a thorough investigation, Endurance determined this
to be a complaint against the administrator of claimsThe
obligor/administrator of the
contract is Interstate National Dealer Services
(INDS)A claim was filed directly with INDS by the consumer and the claim was denied
Endurance does not approve or deny any claims whatsoever therefore we
accordingly contacted INDS in order to uncover a reason for denial on behalf of
the consumerINDS informed Endurance that the claim was denied due to
pre-existing conditionThe customer filed the same claim twiceFirst claim
was filed on 07/09/and then again on 12/17/The reason the claim was
denied both times is because the consumer’s repair facility informed INDS that
the vehicle was in the shop back on 03/09/with internal engine issuesCustomer
was advised of engine repairs needed and declined the work to be completed at
that timeThe customer then purchased this policy on 05/11/The coverage
is designed to protect against unexpected breakdowns and failures however it
does not cover pre-existing conditions prior to contract activationWe
contacted the consumer in order to grant assistance with this issueAlthough
Endurance does not approve or deny any claims filed by the consumer, we
explained the reason behind the denialThe consumer asked to cancel the policy
and will send in the cancellation request and final mileage for cancellation. Endurance will always strive to provide each
and every individual with excellent customer service

On March 18, the customer contacted Endurance and purchased an Endurance Select Premier vehicle service contract for his *** *** On December 6, the customer filed a claim for auto repairs and during the claims process Endurance discovered that the customer's car was
used for *** According to the Exclusions Section of the customer's vehicle service contract, it states "Coverage is not provided under this Contract if your vehicle is used for commercial purposes, includingbut not limited to, rental, taxi, limousine or shuttle..." Endurance's Customer Service Manager spoke to the customer and explained the denial In the interest of customer service Endurance waived Endurnace's earned portion of the vehicle service contract and any applicable cancel fees Endurance issued the customer a full refund

Endurance is great they really know their businessIts definitely the money especially when things go wrong with your carThank you Endurance for all that you do for your customers

for her negative experience and assured her that Endurance will use this experience to help make us a better company Endurance provided a refund to the customer and she appreciated the attention

I would recomend anybody to do buisness with Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C

Martin was a huge help he was very personable and very knowledgable made my experience go very smooth and when I got off the phone I understood exactly what was going on
When I call back I will be asking to speak to Martin *** without a doubt the best employee over there

Endurance is sorry for the customer's negative experience with our company and will strive to use this experience to improve our operations Regarding the customer's experience, please understand Endurance pays for approved repair claims with a corporate credit card Therefore, it is exactly similar to a consumer going to a repair facility and paying for repairs, however it is Endurance's credit card being used and not the consumer's In the history of our company, Endurance has never experienced a repair facility saying that the repair facility does not accept our policy If a claim is approved we are simply paying on behalf of the consumer The payment method is the same, it's just Endurance's money instead of the consumer's money The customer's repair facility told the customer that they would not accept Endurance because they had bad experiences with us in the pastEndurance's claims department confirmed that Endurance never did business with the shop in the history of our organization This has been a very unfortunate situation and again we are sorry for the customer's negative experience Endurance provided the customer a refund

*** *** handled my call very wellI reached out to the company because my vehicle was totaled and I had many questions reagarding my policy*** took the time to empathize and ask if I was ok before proceedingHe also made sure to address all of my concerns while uncovering further items I needed to know when looking for my next carI can confidently say, I am glad I got *** on the phone, without his insight and foresight I would have bought a car that would have ended up as a lemon in my handsThis is the type of customer care people expect from warranty or insurance companies but is hard to findI recommend EnduranceThank you man!

I took my car to Mercedes Benz dealer for a regular tuand brakes to be change in the process it was discover my transmission needed to be change due to wear and tareMrMartin *** an Endurance Warranty Company went out of his way to get my car taken care off and at an affordable price My car was on hold for weeks because Mercedes Benz was not interested to do my car in a timely manner
MrMartin called the dealer to keep them informed of why my transmission was taken so long to get to the dealership Thank you MrMartin for your Great Customer service and for keeping me informed of everything that was going on

Justen was professional, helpful and genuinely considerate!

The person or people that I talked with were very knowledgeable about the services that were provided for me Would recommend to anyone
