As of today I have COMPLETELY paid off my down payment for my extended warranty offered through EnduranceThe Customer Service THUS FAR has been GREAT! I look forward to many more Future GREAT! customer service experiences!

This company will make you want to scream! After I purchased my car on July 28, I was besieged w/letters saying "immediate response to this notice required" from a couple of companies, one being EWS in Northbrook, IL The 1st week after my car purchase I received one of these letters everyday, now it's at least once a week It seems to me if a person receives these letters and does not call their number, stop mailing them! I am not interested in purchasing an extended warranty, my warranty expired when my car hit 50,000, it's now at 67, My next step is contact my attorney

I really has 2nd thoughts about getting a warranty on my car cause I have heard horror stories about these companies until I had a issue and I called Endurance and talked to Eddie Perez and I can tell you I had the best customer service I ever had and I mean that and he was able to help me and get me back on the road I have to say now that my whole thinking process about this warranty is amazing im so glad I choose Endurance they really do live up to what they say THANK YOU SO MUCH A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

vehicle service contract which means *** administers (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay the approved claims Endurance plays no role whatsoever in the approval or denial of the claimsEndurance did not know of the consumer's negative experience regarding the claims process until our company received the Revdex.com complaint The consumer mistakenly stated that she has “an extended automobile warrant with Endurance Service Warranty”. The consumer’s policy, contract #***, is an *** policy The marketplace interaction was with *** As the selling agent, Endurance gets involved on numerous occasions when the vehicle service contract company denies a claim by calling the company on the consumer's behalf to ascertain why the claim was denied Similarly, Endurance has reached out to the consumer to ascertain the exact issue and continues to work with the consumer to help the consumer regarding his claim experience with ***

On July 21, the customer contacted Endurance and purchased an Interstate National Dealer Services (***) XtraSupreme vehicle service contract for his *** *** At the point of sale, the customer was provided with complete coverage details Then, upon being
transferred to Endurance's verification department Endurance's Sale Verification Team Member went through the contract terms a second time with the customer and made the customer aware of Endurance's 30-day money back guaranty The customer was also provided a hard copy of the vehicle service contract which was sent via *** Critical Mail with delivery confirmation so the customer could review the contract within the 30-day money back guaranty period Please be advised Endurance is strictly the seller of the vehicle service contract Endurance sold the customer an *** vehicle service contract *** is the administrator/obligor of the vehicle service contract which means *** administers (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay the approved claimsEndurance plays no role whatsoever in the approval or denial of claims Prior to being contacted by the Revdex.com on July 20, Endurance had no knowledge of the customer's issue regarding a denied claim All interaction regarding the claim administration and service was with *** Our office, as seller of the policy, gets involved on numerous occasions when the vehicle service contract company denies a claim by calling the company on the customer's behalf to ascertain why the claim was denied and to put forth the best case for the warranty company to approve the claim Accordingly, Endurance's supervisor contacted *** *** stated ***' Claims Department approved the customer's covered repairs according to the vehicle service contract totaling $ *** denied the claim for repairs to the customer's loose upper control arms, worn struts, oil pressure switch and harness, left front axle seal and oil pan gasket because the parts are not stated for coverage under the customer's contract Interstate paid for the car rental time according to the covered repairs and the remaining car rental bill was the customer's responsibility and attributed to the customer's repair of the non-covered components Endurance reached out to the customer and further explained the reason *** did not approve the claims

I am rejecting this response because:First, I was apologized to and told that the sales people had just recently been made aware of stating that yes a oil change is to be made instead of telling people nothing further needs to be doneSecond, if an internal investigation was done and you actually listened to the recordings of my sale you would know that nothing was stated about an oil change and I was correct in my complaintI will say that I was offered a full refund and was told I would receive it within 48hrs by ***, I believe a customer service manager, but have I gotten it? Of course notI last called Monday 6/13/when I was told this, and it is now Friday the 17th

I will not accept the response from endurance warranty until they fix my carMy car has been in the shop for almost a month nowThis is the first time I have made a claim for my vehicle with endurance and *** *** *** and they don't want to pay anything for the repairs on my vehicleI paid almost twenty nine hundred dollars for this warranty(2900.00)and it is not working out for meIt looks like they are trying to steal my moneyI tried to contact *** *** *** to tell them the problem and they just gave me a horrible attitudeI explained the problem to them and told them that I paid dollars for this warranty but they said I didn't pay anything to themThey told me that I paid to endurance warranty not them and to call endurance about the problemMost of the time they would not answer my callsThe mechanic removed the head from the engine and hes charging me dollarsHe is going to charge me another dollars to put it backThis all adds up to dollars and they said they were not responsible for paying thisSo basically they do not want to take responsibility for any chargesDoes it make sense to buy this type of warranty with endurance and interstate? NoAll I need from these two companies is to just fix my car and pay for all the charges to the mechanic shopIt's almost been one month since my car has been in the shop and I do not have any claim number for this problem

Endurance towed my car, paid for car rental, and my repair!! The repair was just under $ First time having a warranty on my car! Steve *** in customer service helped during this whole process I would recommend this coverage for everyone!

First let me say that initially my call to Endurance was to have them place my number on the "Do Not Call List." This was because I had inquired on Endurance's website, started a quote after to speaking with a representative but hadn't completed everything because more information was neededWell too many calls were coming from Endurance from different numbers that resulted in me blocking the calls and reconsidering doing businessBut back to today, I called in to have my number placed on the list as mentioned earlier and got *** Douglas on the phoneI asked him to remove me and told him whyHe apologized, looked me up and asked if I only a had a few minutes to spare, he could quote me or I could take his information down and call him directly when "I" was readyNo pressure, straightforward but most of all professionalMr*** was polite and empathetic towards my frustration with the excessive callingBut I liked the fact that he was genuine, he advised me of the services in a timely manner, knowledgeable about the company and the services, but most of all human It wasn't a script he was reading from to to turn the rebuttal aroundHe was genuine and that's what changed my mindIf the management at Endurance is reading this, take noteYou need more of *** *** in your company because he believes in the company and the services it stands forHe's a true professional and gentleman and I hope you place him in a higher position where he can train others as wellKUDOS *** and I wish you all the best!!!

I received excellent customer service from MrMichael *** Mr*** successfully helped me with my issue He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable Mr*** has a remarkable gift as a people person and his customer service skills are an asset to his company

Endurance is one of the nation's leading providers of vehicle service contracts. Endurance plans are offered in over 2,auto dealerships nationwide and Endurance also sells vehicle service contracts direct-to-consumers via internet marketing, television and direct mail advertising.In the
consumer's complaint, he states that "This company has been contacting me for over a year...Consistently calling once a week..."Please be advised Endurance does not have the consumer's telephone number and never called the consumer. Endurance has never, in the history of our organization, cold-called or canvassed prospects via the telephone for business. Further, Endurance has never contracted outside marketing firms or telemarketing companies to cold-call or canvass prospects via telephone for business.Endurance is a certified member of the Vehicle Protection Association (VPA). As a certified member, Endurance follows the VPA's Standards of Conduct. The Standards state that any vehicle service contract selling company must identify itself in the mail piece and Endurance abides by this Standard.Unfortunately, there are companies that are calling consumers without disclosing their caller id, as well as sending out mail solicitations without a return address which is terrible confusing and frustrating for consumers. According to our records the consumer received only one mail piece from Endurance. It is evident that the consumer received calls and mail solicitations from other vehicle service contract sellers, however the consumer thought he received other mail pieces from Endurance as well as received phone calls causing him to complain.We are sorry about the consumer's confusion and frustration, and we reiterate Endurance does not have the consumer's phone number and never called the consumer. Further, Endurance placed the consumer on our internal "Do Not Mail" database to make sure he does not receive any future direct mail advertisements from our company
