I spoke with a [redacted] service manager by the name of Eddy [redacted] who was extremely fantastic. He had excellent customer service skills. He was clear and concise with answering all my questions, and I would definitely recommend family and friends to him for customer service.

I purchased my extended warranty with ENDURANCE for an older used car that I bought "as is". Thank goodness, while it did not cover the new clutch, the ac belt, or the broken door handle (wear and tear items). It did cover a faulty sensor, and most importantly a replaced engine. The cost of covered repairs far exceeded the value of the vehicle and were 4x the cost of the policy. I had to jump through a few hoops to get approval for the engine but all was well in the end. I eventually traded in my "money pit" car but am thankful to have had the warranty!

The customer never meant to reject the Endurance's response and was just confused by the Revdex.com email.  The customer wanted his original complaint to be rejected and thus, the Revdex.com should have invalidated his complaint.  The customer even wrote Endurance the following - "I have attached a screenshot as proof where I attempted to reject to proceed with this complaint.  You will see that it clearly states that this issue was already resolved with [redacted] of Endurance."

I purchased a platinum warranty from Endurance a couple of months ago. It was approx.112$ down and 89$ a month for two years, I heard a noise and took it into the dealership. First they said an adjustor would need to come out to see the vehicle and I need to leave the car at the dealership or the warranty was void. They stated everything was in order and they would more than lightly cover a rental. Thank God I have another vehicle because that would of been another cost to endure. I called frequently and spoke with customer service, 7 whole days later I spoke with customer service 4 time in one day they would tell me everything was ok and tell the shop they need to speak to me, they tell me they need a price sheets from the shop. I get the horse and pony show up to 4:55 pm on the 8th day at which time they tell me that the repairs to my car are from a pre-existing condition. I could of had my car 7 days ago but thought I had a warranty, if they were not going to cover it they could of told me after the adjuster reviewed it. I canceled my warranty they did me the favor of voiding a cancelation fee I knew nothing about. Save your money! Don't purchase something with hard earned money all I could think of is what if I was out of town visiting my daughter.

I work with MartinJ regarding our policy and he is always very helpful!!! Ask for him when you call!!

My fathers household was the the only once that received this piece of mail. I spoke with our mailman, and he told me it was junk mail and that he had delivered the same envelope with the same information that was sent to my dad. He also stated that he noticed most are sent to elderly people and he is proud that I contacted the Revdex.com regarding the letters because he has picked up mail from residents to be returned to this place of business for them to find out later they never had a policy with them to begin with.; You can say fwhat you want to, but this business preys on people especially the elderly, because some elderly get confused about their bills and its a way to lure them in. I have truly lost faith in the Revdex.com. I know this company along with many others will continue to get by with these wrongful lying letters and scam so many more people out of their money. They should be ashamed of themselves, and so should you.

In response to the above referenced case number, Endurance reviewed the information attached with this specific consumer to ensure a resolution. After a thorough investigation, Endurance determined this to be a complaint...

against the administrator of claims. The obligor/administrator of the contract is [redacted] ([redacted]). A claim was filed directly with [redacted] by the consumer and the claim was denied. Endurance does not approve or deny any claims whatsoever therefore we accordingly contacted [redacted] in order to uncover a reason for denial on behalf of the consumer. [redacted] informed Endurance that the claim was denied due to component not listed for coverage. The coverage specifically lists all items which are covered under the contract. We contacted the consumer in order to grant assistance with this issue. We explained that [redacted] informed us the component was not listed for coverage. Although Endurance does not approve or deny any claims filed by the consumer, we processed a full refund which is outside the contract terms. Endurance will always strive to provide each and every individual with excellent customer service.

Although I haven't had to make a claim yet, I can highly recommend Endurance Warranty Services based solely on their customer service.

From my first call to set up service to my recent interaction when I had some questions, I always get fast, friendly assistance from the employees of Endurance.

I am certain when the time comes to have warranty work done on my vehicle I can expect the same excellent service as I've received so far.

They are incredibly difficult to deal with. They will only pay to have used parts put on your car. You don't put used parts on a [redacted]! Just getting approved to have work done is such a pain its not even worth it. The insisted one of their adjusters come out to verify the issue. They wont trust what the mechanic sais or bills for unless they come out to look at it. Which takes time. The guy didn't show up when he was supposed to. And he insisted the the part was disassembled before he even looked at it. So I couldn't drive the car. We cant even order parts till it gets approved which takes forever and now I have to wait for parts to get here and I still don't have a car to drive. For USED parts. What if they didn't approve it and now my car is torn apart to show the adjuster and then it wouldn't even be driveable because of them. I am canceling my warranty

Where do I start. I am someone who take safety as a number 1priority. I called Endurance and spoke to a knowledgeable gentlemen name Martin. WOW! I had questions regarding my policy. He listen to everything that I was saying as I am talking I am seeing emails sent out to my address with all the answers "perfect". He answered all my questions over the phone and sent me an email. He also gave me the best policy. He looked out for my best interest and gave me really A+ tips on how to handle my factory warranty. I have dealt with many customer service before. Martin is graded A+ Customer service. Endurance is lucky to have him as part of their team. To me I see him as the head trainer better yet great manager. In the past no matter what company I'd contact I'm on hold for minutes. Thank you Martin 8**SSN**

Dan [redacted] did a great job explaining my warranty options for my car. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I plan on working with him in the future.

I paid more than $4,000 for extended warranty on my 2008 mercedes and they promosed to cover everything. The steering rack went out and they insisted on replacing it with a USED one which the Mercedes garage refused to warranty and Endurance said the part was not warrantied.
Recently the strut and some other parts went bad and again they insisted on using, USED parts for the repair and would only warranty it until the end of the extended warranty which will expire in a few months.
The customer service person was also not the most pleasant person to be dealing with the public.

would like to advise your office that Endurance stands behind the following facts regarding Ms. [redacted] transaction with our company.On March 8, 2016 Ms. [redacted] contacted Endurance and purchased a vehicle service contract.  Upon agreeing to purchase the contract, Ms. [redacted] was transferred to the sale verification department to consummate the sale.  The sale was verified with Ms. [redacted] over a recorded conversation and Ms. [redacted] was also told Endurance has a "30 Day Money Back" guarantee policy.  If Ms. [redacted] wanted to cancel for any reason during the first 30 days, she would be due a full refund.  Ms. [redacted] agreed to pay $162.90 as a down payment for the purchase.  Later the same day, Ms. [redacted] called Endurance and stated that her husband just purchased a contract from their credit union and she no longer needs the Endurance plan.  The Endurance customer service agent suggested she compare the two plans to see which coverage is better because she has a 30 day money back guarantee with Endurance.  Ms. [redacted] agreed.
On March 9 Endurance received a Revdex.com complaint from Ms. [redacted] that Endurance did not process her refund.  Endurance provided the call between Ms. [redacted] and Endurance to the Revdex.com.  The call did not justify a complaint regarding a refund.
Nonetheless, upon receiving the complaint, Endurance cancelled Ms. [redacted] contract and issued her a refund.

Martin was wonderful! This warranty company is easy to work with and they cover alot for comparatively little. We have two cars covered with them and I will take out policies on every car we have in the future. Definately worth it.

Great experience with endurance. Always able to make contact with a live person.
