In response to the consumer, Endurance was pleased to provide a positive outcome in regards to the claim being approved by EFG. Although Endurance does not approve or deny any claims, Endurance will always put forth the best case for each and every consumer to get their claim approved. As far as the diagnostic time, the vehicle service contract specifically describes on page 3 under the "Your Obligations" section that "You are responsible for authorizing any tear down or diagnosis time needed to determine if the vehicle had a covered breakdown." Endurance will always strive to provide each consumer with excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service and support. Csr's really took care of my needs.

I had my doubts about these extended warranties . I had a friend refer me to Endurance and I have to say I am worry free .. I was greeted by the manager Eddie [redacted] when I needed help and from start to finish he helped me .. thanks Endurance

Upon receiving the complaint from the customer, Endurance did an internal investigation of the facts regarding the customer's claim, including interviewing the individual claims adjuster.  Endurance concluded that the claim adjuster did error in requesting a tear down of the customer's vehicle...

in order to diagnose the problem.  Endurance paid the tear down bill on behalf of the customer, cancelled the customer's policy because the car was not eligible for coverage due to oversized tires and issued the customer a full refund.

Matt [redacted] was so helpful, nice, polite and professional. When I hung up the phone I had a smile on my face. Thanks so much Matt!!!

In response to the case number listed above, we understand this consumer received a notice from us. Our company provides vehicle service contracts for customers that have an expired factory warranty or if it is approaching expiration. The...

notice was just an opportunity to extend coverage for the vehicle before it is too late. We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. We provide this service to consumers across the country and many do take advantage of this service. This consumer informed us that he already purchased coverage from his dealer. This consumer has not been charged anything by our company and currently does not have an active policy with us.

I am rejecting this response because:
First, I was apologized to and told that the sales people had just recently been made aware of stating that yes a oil change is to be made instead of telling people nothing further needs to be done. Second, if an internal investigation was done and you actually listened to the recordings of my sale you would know that nothing was stated about an oil change and I was correct in my complaint. I will say that I was offered a full refund and was told I would receive it within 48hrs by [redacted], I believe a customer service manager, but have I gotten it? Of course not. I last called Monday 6/13/16 when I was told this, and it is now Friday the 17th.

matt was my representative he was very informative, polite and patients to everything I was speaking to him about. when I called and got matt I was angry about a part I was not approved for, by your company, but once I finished speaking to matt I was feeling so much better. matt is an excellent representative for your company. my suggestion to your company would be keep matt.

A company is only as good as it's employees and Specialist Martin [redacted] was a good example of why Endurance is successful. Mr. [redacted] was respectful, personally remembered who I was and a man of his word. I purchase a warranty to help sell my truck which was a difficult experience. After my truck sold Mr. [redacted] turned my difficult experience into a pleasant one by going above what I was expecting by refunding my money minus a small fee which I was glad to pay.
By doing this Mr. [redacted] and Endurance will now have my future business. If all the employees at Endurance are like Mr. [redacted], Endurance will continue to grow by earning the trust of used car owners in the U.S.

Excellent service from Matt [redacted] at Endurance

Endurance contacted the customer and sent the customer a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of the vehicle service contract to the new address provided.

The service with Endurance has be great and I think it is just as good as the factory warranty. I spoke with customer service tech Eddie [redacted] and he helped a lot,

Endurance has been a life saver I only had the contract for 2 months and they have already handle a transmission problem rented me a car they have been great I have a 2006 [redacted] and please if you have a problem don't go to the dealer they will rob you.
