I would like to thank Art *, for his helping me with a problem I had with understanding why I could not get the work done on my 2002 **. He was very helpfull,thouhh I thought I shold be covered.I think I got it.Art * very good in helping me.Thanks.

Steve was awesome , he said he would follow up with the next day and he really did !! I did not have to call him he really did call back to check up with me , now that's what I call service .

The Insurance has been very helpful assisting me with getting my Car repaired and back on the road.
He has question any charges that might have been unwarranted and has assisted me on question I might have had....I highly recommend Endurance Insurance Company for having such a Knowledgeable staff.

I purchased a BMW for my fiance about a year and a half ago. One day I was cleaning the interior of the car, and noticed 3 or 4 bundles of wires bundled together, with hundreds in each bundle. I thought to myself, if something goes wrong, its going to be expensive. I turned to ENDURANCE AUTO WARRANTY. The BMW dealer, who I felt like was in shock complimented on them, saying they were the were amazing, respectful and simple to work with, adding her job would be much easier if she only had deal in with ENDURANCE. I myself am nothing but completely satisfied with this company and everything they do. customer service is great, and I know if anything minor or major went wrong tomorrow, it would be taken care of as soon as I got an appointment with the mechanic of my choice. They do not try to sway you towards any shops, dealers, its your choice. Thank you ENDURANCE, I recommend you to everyone I know and will continue!

After careful research, I decided to add an extended warranty on my 2004 f150 since I had planned on keeping it for the long haul. Shortly after the warranty was added, I began to notice idling issues with the truck as well as stumbling. I took it in to the local ford house for them to diagnose and was rewarded with "It needs a new engine, the cam phasers have failed and damaged multiple parts." I immediately began doing research on the 5.4 Triton motor only to find out it's complete garbage. After paying $1,300 for ford to tear it down for the Endurance adjuster to review, I was notified that the engine would not be covered due to wear and tear. REALLY? Of all the awful companies iv'e ran across, this is by far the absolute worst! After further review of the contract, there is nothing stating it wouldn't cover the engine! There was a parts failure which they try to claim is common wear and tear. A piece of advice for anyone considering Endurance for their needs....do not. It is a complete scam as everything is subjective and they will get out of a claim at all costs! They do not stand by their promise of customer satisfaction!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They sell a good game. When it came time to pay, it was a hole new story. My engine started to give me problems. I took it to the mechanic who was very clear that my timing chain was about to go bad and if it did, I would have major engine problems. The company wouldn't pay to have it fixed stating that it had to break first, and if it broke due to wear and tear of an old part, it wouldn't be covered. That's not what I was told when I purchased it. What's the purpose of buying a warranty for an older vehicle, if its not going to cover the problems of an older vehicle including worn out parts that cause failure. They also wouldn't cover a broken seat belt, a rear hatch motor, nor my automatic rear seat. They have denied every claim I've tried to make, coming up with some slick reason to refuse coverage. $3500 invested. I am supposed to get some of my money back which I will then use to fix my engine. Lesson learned!!!

In speaking to the consumer, she contacted the Revdex.com in error and emailed the Revdex.com to retract the complaint.  The consumer's assistant misunderstood her and erroneously filed a complaint against Endurance.  The consumer was satisfied with Endurance.

My Vehicle broke down, I got the run around by numbers of repair shops and I got in touch with Eddie [redacted] at Endurance Warranty and the Repairs that I needed to get back on the road was completed in a very Quick manner and My Car is running like new... And Hassel Free !

I have been in contact with Endurance for almost a year now and don't have any complaints.

I recently called Endurance for information on a part that was not covered and Mr. Joe [redacted] was kind and courteous enough to help me find a solution to my issue. Although the part wasn't cover, Mr. [redacted] helped me as if it was. He suggested a few options and eased my mind when I ended the call....this gentleman deserves to be rewarded. Great job Joe.....

Endurance Warrenty Services are fabulous! They just saved me from making a $500.00 mistake a wrong car service business!! I would recommend this company to all myu contacts!!!

Micheal was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that my plan wasn't cancelled despite recent financial hardship.

This is in reference to Endurance Vehicle Service Contracts.
If you are looking for an extended warrantee company run from this one. I was sold a supreme contract with the statement from the sales man "bumper to bumper, I have a [redacted] and have lost two sensors that has cost me over $1500 in repairs. Their bumper to bumper sales pitch is only valid if the front and back bumpers are touching and there is no vehicle in-between.
The Diesel engine has a DEF system that requires a heater and sensor to keep the fluid at a proper temperature. They are excluding this claiming that it is a catalytic converter and part of the exhaust system. The whole engine is part of the exhaust system using their logic. Nowhere is there a diesel exclusion in their contract. Just references to gas related emissions systems and them drawing comparisons to the diesel DEF system.
They offered to lower my contract by $500 but not cover the repair. This is to my mind an admission that perhaps they were not clear on the contract. So what happens next time? And the next? They get the money and the consumer gets the nothing but a worthless little booklet telling you what they will not cover for you spending your $4800.00 on top of that I have been without a vehicle for two days.

Now they are telling me second auto place I went to you which is the one they told me to go to because they said they had a free account with them now they're telling me that this place is in eligible for me to do the work with either how far is this wild goose chase going to go? So far [redacted] dealership and then a place that they claim to have affiliation with are no good! I think I'm at the point where I need to file a dispute with my credit card I used

Endurance is a great company! They are nice people!! Hard to say that about alot of companies these days but they actually live up to their name. My dealership knew who they were and said they had worked with them before and claims get paid in full. I think I finally found the right warranty for my car and im happy its with a company like this.
