The consumer states she does "not want any calls to my home number, cell number or any mailings from this company".  Please be advised Endurance does not have the consumer's phone number and never called the consumer.  Endurance never, in the history of our organization, cold-called or...

canvassed prospects via the telephone for business. Further, Endurance has never contracted outside marketing firms or telemarketing companies to cold-call or canvass prospects via the telephone for business.  Regarding the mail piece, Endurance immediately followed up with the third party data provider Endurance contracted with regarding the data that included the consumer's daughter receiving the mail piece. The data provider stated that they found the data came from an online publisher that used in-app incentives to drive leads.  So, during candy crush or another app, the publisher ran an add for free tokens if you fill out a form for a quote.  The data provider stated that they work tirelessly to catch the publishers that do that.  The data provider pointed out that this scenario happens few and far between, they thought they had it completely cut out a while back and were shocked to hear it happened.  Endurance add the consumer to Endurance's "do not mail list" to make sure the consumer does not receive a direct mail solicitation in the future.

EXCELLENT customer service from my Rep Martin. He left me feeling assured and confident that my vehicle would be taken care of from top to bottom. Friendly , fast, efficient and extremely courteous. Love it!!

I paid a year and half on this premium warranty... my car made a noise when I cranked it up immediately took to dealership they called Endurance and they would not let them look at car until inspector came out which would be 24-48 hours.. so I spoke with supervisor at Endurance and he told me they cannot authorize to fix car if they don't know what is wrong so I explained to let how can they tell you if they ca not touch it so he said to go ahead and let them do it so they can find problem,they did it is the lifters ,so again the dealership calls them again which they jumped all over them for touching my car. They again will not let them fix car until inspector comes out to look at lifters which is again 24-48 hours.... then I called a guy named Scott who talked to me as if I was a child . My car has been in shop for what is going on two days.... no rental offered which is part of my warranty as well ! this company is a rip off and I am sure not getting the service I paid almost $4000.00 for. Please investigate.

I had a strong disagreement with a warranty claim being denied and Eddie [redacted] stepped in and helped a bunch. I really was impressed with his help.

I had a very positive experience with the Endurance Rep I had the pleasure of speaking.

Endurance placed the consumer on our internal "Do Not Mail" database to ensure the consumer does not receive any direct mail advertisements in the future.

Endurance vehicle service contracts are sold in over 2,500 auto dealerships throughout the country as well as direct-to-consumer's who manufacturer's warranty is about to expire of has expired.  Endurance sells thousands of vehicle service contracts and pay millions of dollars in claims each...

month.  A Customer Service Representative contacted the consumer, apologized for any issue the consumer experience in talking to Endurance's Customer Service Department.  The Customer Service Representative confirmed with the consumer that the consumer's contract was cancelled and as well as processed a full refund for the consumer.  The consumer will receive the down payment back in full from Endurance. The consumer will also receive a refund of his 1 monthly payment back from the payment plan provider.

Whenever I have had any questions about my policy and/or payments, Kelsey in the customer service department, has always been very helpful, friendly and courteous in a very timely manner.

I spoke with Justin at Endurance Warranty Services and he is a very informative member of Endurance. He also reduced my payments and increased the coverage on my extended warranty. Again Great Job, Justin!

Endurance Dealer Services' manager spoke with the customer, explained all of the claim notes and helped the customer understand that Endurance properly adjudicated his claim.  The customer agreed that Endurance did what the contract said to do but was still very unhappy that he had to pay the...

repair facility.  Endurance could not overturn a proper denial, however, in the interest of customer service, Endurance agreed to pay an amount towards the claim.  The customer was grateful and satisfied with the outcome.

This review is with a story - Jan 1st(2014) , bought a 2001 [redacted] and I needed a warranty. I spoke to a Enducance salesmen and he sold me the best level warranty they have telling me my engine or transmission or anything can die in my car in a year or so an ill still be paying for the car even if I cant drive it. 9 months later my transmission starts dying - take the car to a [redacted] - $3300 repair bill. Endurance pays the bill I pay a $100 deductible - Endurance gets a 10/10 from me I am so happy I got the Warranty and Im still covered for about another 2 years. (Make your next move your best move anf get Endurance) -

After being denied service repair from the local shop we took our car to earlier this year for another issue, Endurance suggested we take it to the dealership. So when we had alternator failure a few days ago we took it straight to the dealership service department. My alternator went out and I made sure to call Endurance before making any move because I didn't want to be denied (again). I called and got the OK that the alternator was in fact covered in my warranty package and to take it to any shop of my choice (we chose to take it to the dealership because of the issue in the past). I've already shelled out thousands for this warranty and have already been denied once. I have my car towed to the dealership service center (on my dime) and they diagnose it as the alternator needing to be replaced. After the dealership trying to get in touch with Endurance for over 24 hours I get a call from the dealership saying that Endurance is only going to pay for a small portion of the service because they won't cover their labor rates and they only pay for refurbished part prices. NO dealership service department is going to install refurbished parts! We called Endurance and they were completely uneducated on the difference between OEM and Re-manufactured and never offered a resolution to the issue of them only willing to pay for a portion of the bill. What a waste of money this warranty is. They don't want to work with local shops but they won't pay dealership service prices! Endurance tells you to take it to the shop of your choice but won't pay for it.

It has been a nightmare working with Endurance and I would never recommend them to anyone. Save your money because they are not an honest company and don't take care of their customers!

Our records indicate that we have not had any contact with this consumer and we believe he might have been in contact with a different company. In order to resolve the matter, we have immediately placed this consumer on our Do Not Mail list and will cease any further communication moving forward.

This company is the worst that could be. I purchased extended warranty, but claim department denied to pay for repair. I'm in active duty and ready to be deployed. STAY AWAY OF THIS BUSINESS. OTHERWISE YOU WILL WAIST YOUR MONEY
