I received a notice in the mail from this company that my factory warranty was about to expire. I called the number and spoke to an "agent" to discuss this information. He gave me quotes and insisted that I had to buy the contract today or I would lose the discount he was offering. I told him that I wanted to research this offer and he started telling me what a great company this was and he would send me some links by email to use to check out the validity of the company. I then checked my Service agreement to verify if in fact it was expired and then called my dealer that sold me the car and the service agreement. I was told that they had numerous calls about this company and that their information was "bogus" and that my policy still had 7 years on my warranty. Beware of this company.

Endurance's Customer Service Manager spoke to the customer, explained the denial which included a breakdown of the variance created by the modified tires.  In the interest of customer service, Endurance waived any time used on the policy as well as applicable cancel fees and issued the customer...

a full refund.  The customer was thankful for the getting the follow-up and all of his money back.

On February 23, 2018, a repair representative from [redacted] of Fort Worth contacted the Endurance Claims Department to file a claim on the consumer’s 2013 [redacted].  The repair representative advised the Endurance Claims Adjuster that the a/c compressor coil was failed. The coil was getting...

power and ground but was not activating to push the a/c clutch into the compressor to allow compressor rotation. The representative provided detailed electrical diagnosis information to verify that the failure was to the coil. As a result, Endurance issue a claim denial as the coil is not listed for coverage on the consumer’s Endurance Select Premier policy.   Upon being informed that the coil was not listed for coverage, the repair representative from [redacted] of Fort Worth changed his story and diagnosis to claim that the compressor clutch itself failed, and that the coil was working as designed. Due to the change in diagnosis after a denial was issued, the Endurance Claims Adjuster requested an independent third party inspection be performed by a third party inspection agency.   Upon arriving at the repair facility the inspector was presented with the diagnosis by the repair technician working on Mr. [redacted] vehicle. The technician showed the independent inspector that the a/c clutch was in good condition, with no indication of failure. The clutch is a simple friction component. It is moved by the electromagnet of the coil and engages the compressor through pressure and friction. The only way for the clutch to fail is for the face of the clutch to burn from dragging across the compressor, or for the clutch material to wear away preventing it from keeping pressure on the compressor. There were no burn marks on the clutch and it was not worn in any way. Both the technician and the inspector agreed the clutch was in good condition. The repair technician then showed the independent inspector that while the coil was receiving power and ground when the a/c was turned on, it was not engaging the clutch.  The failure was verified by both the repair technician and the third inspector to be an electrical failure of the coil. Furthermore, the coil is serviceable completely separate from the clutch on this vehicle.   The claim denial was reissued as the failure to the non-covered part was confirmed. Endurance's Customer Service Representative contacted the consumer, explained the denial and in the interest of customer service agreed to cancel the contract, waive time used on the contract and cancellation fees, and issued the consumer a full refund.

In response to the complaint listed above, Endurance investigated the situation in order to provide a resolution. The consumer purchased this contract from a dealership which is no longer in business. The dealership sold a coverage plan that the vehicle does not qualify for. Unfortunately, the...

selling dealership has gone out of business and the consumer cannot go back to obtain a resolution. Endurance contacted the consumer in order to provide a resolution. We explained to the customer that the vehicle does not qualify for the coverage and Endurance has issued a complete refund back to the customer. The selling dealer that is no longer in business collected funds on the contract and are no longer around to provide the refund to the consumer. Endurance has gone above and beyond to resolve the matter by providing the full refund back to the customer since the selling dealership is no longer in business. Endurance will always provide every customer with excellent customer service.

I have had a warranty through endurance for over a year, and it is a great feeling to know that your car is covered if something goes wrong. The only problem is when you actually have something go wrong, and you have to file a claim. This company will find a way to get out of paying for your repairs. I have paid over $2,000 so far for coverage that is basically worthless. I called about getting a refund because technically I have paid $2,000 and received nothing in return. I was told that I will not receive a refund. I will continue leaving negative reviews on every site possible, and I will make sure that I only recommend this company to my worst enemies. My experience with endurance really couldn't have been any worse. Now, instead of just paying my $1,500 repair bill, I have also wasted over $2,000 on a worthless warranty.

I have had my doubts about these after market warranties ..Didn't remember having this so when I got my car fixed I paid out of pocket and then remembered I had something to this effect ,, I called Endurance talked to a manager Eddie [redacted] and I can tell you from the beginning this guy was great not only did he re send my information top me he got me reimbursement for my claim .. I no longer have my doubts I thank you Endurance and Eddie [redacted] .. You are a Valued employee ,, there needs to be more of you ...

I would like to take this time to Thank Malika and Nicole, for taking the time to help me retrieving my ID card and contract. Malika, help me with my ID card, and Nicole took the time to make sure that I was able to print out my contract. I am so happy for the time they took to assist me in my time of need.

Endurance's Customer Service Manager spoke to the customer and went over all of the payments made by the customer to Endurance.  Endurance is processing the customer's refund and the customer is satisfied.

Endurance was very helpful in explaining policies and all options for my vehicle. After signing up for a policy I had to cancel 4 days later due to selling the car but the refund of my payment was quick and hassle free. Highly recomend
