selling dealership has gone out of business and the consumer cannot go back to obtain a resolution. Endurance contacted the consumer in order to provide a resolution. We explained to the customer that the vehicle does not qualify for the coverage and Endurance has issued a complete refund back to the customer. The selling dealer that is no longer in business collected funds on the contract and are no longer around to provide the refund to the consumer. Endurance has gone above and beyond to resolve the matter by providing the full refund back to the customer since the selling dealership is no longer in business. Endurance will always provide every customer with excellent customer service.

My Experience With [redacted] at endurance has been Great very friendly plus very helpful and very happy when I call he's very good with customers service.

Endurance's Customer Service Manager spoke to the customer, explained the denial which included a breakdown of the variance created by the modified tires.  In the interest of customer service, Endurance waived any time used on the policy as well as applicable cancel fees and issued the customer...

a full refund.  The customer was thankful for the getting the follow-up and all of his money back.

I had a great experience with the agent who helped me today. He was thorough and prompt and confirmed my info. I was pleased with the service and happy to have such a pleasant conversation.

I have had my doubts about these after market warranties ..Didn't remember having this so when I got my car fixed I paid out of pocket and then remembered I had something to this effect ,, I called Endurance talked to a manager Eddie [redacted] and I can tell you from the beginning this guy was great not only did he re send my information top me he got me reimbursement for my claim .. I no longer have my doubts I thank you Endurance and Eddie [redacted] .. You are a Valued employee ,, there needs to be more of you ...

Great customer service. They are really positive and helped me with all my needs

Endurance's Customer Service Manager spoke to the customer and went over all of the payments made by the customer to Endurance.  Endurance is processing the customer's refund and the customer is satisfied.

I have used extended Warranty services before but none are as profession as Endurance.

I experience with Endurance has been absolutely fantastic. Mr. Eddie [redacted] was able to maintain the coverage on my vehicle without me having to cancel...it has been awesome!

Bridget is all that and some. I would like to personally thank her for going beyond to help me with my claim. Thank you so much!

Endurance was very helpful in explaining policies and all options for my vehicle. After signing up for a policy I had to cancel 4 days later due to selling the car but the refund of my payment was quick and hassle free. Highly recomend

This company is OK if your looking for an extended warranty coverage

I have had a warranty through endurance for over a year, and it is a great feeling to know that your car is covered if something goes wrong. The only problem is when you actually have something go wrong, and you have to file a claim. This company will find a way to get out of paying for your repairs. I have paid over $2,000 so far for coverage that is basically worthless. I called about getting a refund because technically I have paid $2,000 and received nothing in return. I was told that I will not receive a refund. I will continue leaving negative reviews on every site possible, and I will make sure that I only recommend this company to my worst enemies. My experience with endurance really couldn't have been any worse. Now, instead of just paying my $1,500 repair bill, I have also wasted over $2,000 on a worthless warranty.

Customer service was generous and helpful with payments and warranty questions.

Martin was so very helpful and kind today. I love and highly recommend Endurance Warranty Services.
