Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C. Reviews (1054)

Nick [redacted] supplied me with optimal customer service on August 18, 2016. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I want to thank Mr Eddie for helping me when my acct was inactive.. He truly is a very nice rep

I bought a Endurance Warranty on a pickup I found over the Internet. When I went to get the truck it was nowhere near as described.

I cancelled the purchase. Endurance gave me my deposit back in one phone call.

The Truck dealer is trying to steal my deposit.

I wish everyone in this transaction worked like Endurance

I a'm extremely saticfied with Endurance Warranty Service,my trans mission went
out in the 2015 winter storm and they fix it right away,my hat is off to Edurance.
THANK YOU

I strongly recommend this company!
The customer service that Martin [redacted] provided in a potentially negative was stellar and quickly(I mean like now)resolved this issue and made it a non issue.

Please be advised, as the customer stated in his complaint, per the customer's conversation with Endurance's Customer Service agent, he mailed Endurance a letter requesting cancellation of his vehicle service contract during the first week of July.  Because there are multiple parties involved...

in the vehicle service contract coverage, Endurance asks consumers to allow for up to 30 days to receive consumer's refund for the unused portion of the vehicle service contract coverage.  Endurance expedited the refund process for the customer.  On July 14 Endurance attempted to contact the customer to ensure the customer received his refund, left a voicemail on home phone and cell phone and did not receive a call back.  Endurance assumes the customer received his refund.

Went to [redacted] on 123rd n Halsted Chicago. Spoke to Erick. He took car in for one full day no service. Took car back on Monday 2 22 16 got service. Erick quoted very extremely, redicoulous high prices. Have extended with Endurance. Spoke to Mr. Eddy [redacted] n he intervened with excellent expertise. He also spoke with Erick n got my problems resilved with lower pricing, etc. Mr. P[redacted] has excellent and professional skills in handling any and all concerns. Ge should be awarded employee of the year. Any others please contact me direct for more favorable comments.

Just would like to say I had the best customer service by a representative name Martin who really helped me in a bad time . I would recommend to anyone looking for auto warranty.

These people are rude and don't want to listen to what you have to say. I tried to cancel an account on one vehicle, and they talked me into getting it on a new car. then when I tried to cancel that account they barraged me with reasons why I shouldn't and why there's is better. when I bought my new car I had to have the loan officer at the dealership call and fight with them. They didn't tell billing I wanted to cancel so they are still sending bills.

This company is the best yet . I've used them for almost a year now an would not change a thing ....

Endurance customer service was excellent.

So my son purchased a vehicle warranty from Endurance Warranty Services. He hasn't had to use his warranty until recently. We found this company to be nothing but a scam and very difficult to deal with. On 11/11/2016 his Transfer case failed in his [redacted] Denali truck. It was towed into a transmission shop for repair where we were informed that it was a transfer case problem. So for us no big deal !! We have a warranty from Endurance !!! What a joke !! The shop called the warranty company to negotiate the repairs and was told they needed to send out a inspector to verify the complaint. We were later informed by the repair facility that the inspector was very uneducated about vehicles and didn't have a clue at what he was even looking at . After waiting 3 1/2 weeks on Endurance warranty to make a decision on our truck we were told that they were denying the repairs !! Why you ask ?? Because #1 the wheels had been replaced by a late model set of brand new [redacted] wheels, that were taken off a brand new [redacted] truck. With the diameter being the same as what was on it !! And there was a Company's sticker on the rear window !! So since it had a sticker, that made it a company vehicle !! Wow !!! Totally irrelevant to anything to do with the transfer case. What a complete rip off. I find myself in amazement that this company has any positive reviews. Never, ever will I recommend Endurance warranty to anyone. This company should be ashamed at how they can take advantage of hard working people who put there trust ( not to mention a lot of money )in a company like this !! I have been reading tons of reviews about this company since this has occurred and wish that I had seen these reviews before purchasing this warranty from these crooks. I guess I will be adding to those reviews so hopefully others don't get scammed like us !!

Martin Jefferies was extremely helpful and I highly recommend anyone to deal directly with him on any claims.

Good Afternoon: I have had the great pleasure and help to speak with a customer service manager from this business, Mr. E. [redacted] who was patient, extremely knowledgeable, most professional, and informative. I had a lot of information and questions to run by him, his manner was impeccable. I am most grateful.

The customers credit card was charged on 3-2-16 and before the payment company could be notified the customer called [redacted] to make a payment. Both charges went through and one of them was automatically applied towards the next month's payment moving the next payment due date to [redacted] 19th....

Several attempts have been made to contact the customer with the following offer, 1) we could refund the 2nd payment and move the due date back to March 18th or 2) we can apply the charged amount towards March payment. We have left several messages seeking to apologize for any confusion and asking the customer to contact the Customer Service Manager, [redacted] at (312) [redacted], to let us know how she would like to proceed.

Endurance is a certified member of the Vehicle Protection Association (VPA).  As a certified member, Endurance follows the VPA's Standards of Conduct.  The Standards state that any vehicle service contract selling company must identify itself in the mail piece and Endurance abides by this...

Standard.Unfortunately, there are companies that are sending out mail solicitations without a return address which is terribly confusing and frustrating for consumers.  The consumer received one mail piece from Endurance.  It is very possible that the consumer received mail solicitations from other vehicle service contract sellers, however the consumer thought he received other mail pieces from Endurance. We are sorry about the consumer's frustration and placed the consumer on our internal "Do Not Mail" mailing database to make sure he does not receive any future direct mail advertisements from our company.

On February 23, 2018, a repair representative from [redacted] of Fort Worth contacted the Endurance Claims Department to file a claim on the consumer’s 2013 [redacted].  The repair representative advised the Endurance Claims Adjuster that the a/c compressor coil was failed. The coil was getting...

power and ground but was not activating to push the a/c clutch into the compressor to allow compressor rotation. The representative provided detailed electrical diagnosis information to verify that the failure was to the coil. As a result, Endurance issue a claim denial as the coil is not listed for coverage on the consumer’s Endurance Select Premier policy.   Upon being informed that the coil was not listed for coverage, the repair representative from [redacted] of Fort Worth changed his story and diagnosis to claim that the compressor clutch itself failed, and that the coil was working as designed. Due to the change in diagnosis after a denial was issued, the Endurance Claims Adjuster requested an independent third party inspection be performed by a third party inspection agency.   Upon arriving at the repair facility the inspector was presented with the diagnosis by the repair technician working on Mr. [redacted] vehicle. The technician showed the independent inspector that the a/c clutch was in good condition, with no indication of failure. The clutch is a simple friction component. It is moved by the electromagnet of the coil and engages the compressor through pressure and friction. The only way for the clutch to fail is for the face of the clutch to burn from dragging across the compressor, or for the clutch material to wear away preventing it from keeping pressure on the compressor. There were no burn marks on the clutch and it was not worn in any way. Both the technician and the inspector agreed the clutch was in good condition. The repair technician then showed the independent inspector that while the coil was receiving power and ground when the a/c was turned on, it was not engaging the clutch.  The failure was verified by both the repair technician and the third inspector to be an electrical failure of the coil. Furthermore, the coil is serviceable completely separate from the clutch on this vehicle.   The claim denial was reissued as the failure to the non-covered part was confirmed. Endurance's Customer Service Representative contacted the consumer, explained the denial and in the interest of customer service agreed to cancel the contract, waive time used on the contract and cancellation fees, and issued the consumer a full refund.

Endurance's Customer Service Manager spoke to the customer and explained the pro-rated refund process.  The customer understands and is happy with the resolution regarding her refund.

I received a notice in the mail from this company that my factory warranty was about to expire. I called the number and spoke to an "agent" to discuss this information. He gave me quotes and insisted that I had to buy the contract today or I would lose the discount he was offering. I told him that I wanted to research this offer and he started telling me what a great company this was and he would send me some links by email to use to check out the validity of the company. I then checked my Service agreement to verify if in fact it was expired and then called my dealer that sold me the car and the service agreement. I was told that they had numerous calls about this company and that their information was "bogus" and that my policy still had 7 years on my warranty. Beware of this company.

Customer service was awesome. Malika was very polite & helpful.
