I experience with Endurance has been absolutely fantastic. Mr. Eddie [redacted] was able to maintain the coverage on my vehicle without me having to cancel...it has been awesome!

Endurance is one of the worst extended warranty companies I have ever done business with. I was told they were the best so decided to give them a try.
WRONG!!
The check engine light was coming on so I took my truck to the [redacted] dealer to have it looked at. They determined the turbo needed to be cleaned and rebuilt. The repair did not do the turbo much good. I still had issues with it. I took it back to the dealer and he said it needed to be replaced with a new one.
I had two different mechanics at two different places check it out, and I was told by both mechanics it needed to be replaced.
The [redacted] service manager called Endurance, and their customer service representative said there was nothing wrong with it; it just needed maintenance. The [redacted] service manager said that was already done before he called Endurance. The Endurance [redacted] said the dealer mechanic didn’t know what he was doing and he probably put the turbo back together wrong.
When the [redacted] service manager told me this, I told him I would call and see what I could do. The [redacted] Service manager said good luck on that because the Endurance [redacted] was rude, he did all the talking and hardly let him say anything, and he belittled him and told him the mechanics do not know what they are doing.
Well I called Endurance and how right the [redacted] Svc Mgr was! This person was downright rude, and how I found it so amazing that this person was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. I asked him how he could diagnose this over the phone, and he said he was experience in this matter, I just had to laugh. Like the other two mechanics couldn’t physically see the problem. But what do they know. Right?
I can’t help thinking that the employees at Endurance get bonuses for every claim that is denied or if it is unused by the time it expires.
I will never recommend Endurance to anyone again, as I did so twice; I will not have my second vehicle covered by Endurance; I will go with [redacted] or dealer extended warranties. If you do go with Endurance, DO NOT pay for the whole warranty up front like I did. I take it that once they get their full payment, they wash their hands of you.

Mr. Steven [redacted] was VERY helpful with me, helping me with my warranty & coverage! I would definitely recommend him as a representative, he's great! Great communication, positive attitude, etc. This business seems pretty awesome! All of the customer service staff is amazing!

My extended warranty was paid for in full, it costed about $3,000 and they did their best Not to cover things I needed fixed on my car that they portrayed would be covered but oddly that isn't even my main concern. I was under the impression that my warranty would cover up to one hundred thousand miles so as I take it to my mechanic I'm feeling a sense of assurity that I'll be okay since I have my warranty.
Later to find out from my mechanic that my warranty expired in April because 3 years had passed since I signed up for this warranty that I only used for my alternator in the passed. So basically I have only used this warranty ONE TIME and it was for an ALTENATOR. So basically I paid $3,000 for an ALTENATOR!! And now it's expired!!! I am beyond MAD! BEYOND!!! I feel like I've been taken advantage of. This was the worst financial decision I've ever made!!

Only paid 4 months into my policy and Endurance paid out 2600.00. The customer service is bar none Martin your the best. Recommend all my family members and friends. Great experience from beginning to end.

Endurance has never, in the history of our organization, outbound dialed a prospect for marketing purposes.  Nor has our organization every utilized a third party marketing firm to outbound dial consumers for marketing purposes.  Endurance is a certified member of the [redacted]...

[redacted] ([redacted]).  Unfortunately there are companies that are dialing consumers without identifying themselves which is terribly confusing and frustrating for consumers.  The phone calls the consumer received were not Endurance.To ensure the consumer does not receive any mailed advertisements from Endurance in the future we placed the consumer on our "Internal Do Not Mail" list.

Endurance's Customer Service Manager spoke to the customer, apologized for the customer's frustration and agreed on the refund amount.  The customer's remaining refund amount owed, $2,198, will be mailed via check today.

I shopped around for a few weeks and went with Endurance due to their ratings. It was a great choice. I haven't used my policy yet but every time I contact them everyone is extremely helpful. Ashley provided me the best customer service I have ever received. I know I'm in good hands with Endurance.

This is a great company. The warranty pays for your repairs with no hassle. Martin is a great service rep he help me through my claim.

I am writing a retracting complaint that I made against Endurance. My claim was denied by their insurance carrier Interstate and I made a mistake and filed a complaint against Endurance. Endurance contacted me and offered me a full refund for what I have paid out thus far and directed me to file a claim against Interstate which I have done. Endurance is a great company and stand by their moto of excellent customer service.

In response to the case number listed above, Endurance reviewed all of the information associated with this account to provide a resolution. Based on the information, we have determined that this consumer's claim was denied due to a pre-existing condition prior to purchase of coverage. The consumer...

provided maintenance records and along with the vehicle's CarFax, the records indicated that the consumer's vehicle was in the repair facility ( Gilman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram ) two weeks prior to the purchase of his policy with Endurance. The shop he was at prior to purchasing our coverage had recommended a transmission replacement at that time and the repairs were declined by the consumer.  The information we received also shows an incorrect start miles were provided at the time of policy purchase. At this point, we have cancelled the contract per the customer's request and we have also explained that he can provide his final mileage and obtain a pro-rated refund. Endurance will always provide each and every customer with excellent customer service.

Awesome caring people to deal with. An enjoyable experience.

Great company and good customer service and low price for extended auto warranties. Would recommend to my friends.
