GREAT!!!!! Jose called me to tell me that there was a problem with my payment. I checked it out and found there was a problem. I called him back and we had the problem fixed, This guy was GREAT!!!!

Martin [redacted] helped me out with my policy. Definitely recommend him to other buyers.

I had an issue with my payment being automatically taken out of my account so I called and the issue was fixed immediately, this was the best and immediate action I had ever had.

Superb customer service from these guys! I never feel like I'm fighting against them and they always attend to my needs. I know they will be there when I need them. Ashley did a great job today.

Unprofessional, overbearing, & aggressive reps who like to play WORD games when it comes to canceling a contact. NO format to confirm cancellation, tried to charge EXTRA FEES to CANCEL, REFUSED to give confirmation #, email or text to confirm that I canceled my contract! Reps became RUDE and annoying due to my request. Sent email for the to contact me, NO response, took "3" days for me to call back to CANCEL! Tried to CHARGE additional FEES due to my request to cancel. Unreasonable business hours, unacceptable phone etiquette! Buyer Beware!!!!

I talked with Justin, he was very helpful & worked it out that I didn't have to cancel my coverage.

The customer did state that she appreciates Endurance's efforts and Endurance continues to work with the customer, the repair shop and [redacted] Dealer Services to assist the customer with her claim.  Endurance has already committed $1,380 worth of goodwill payments to pay for the teardown of the customer's car.  Endurance also got the repair shop to cut its labor costs in half.

I've been nothing but happy with the service rendered by the customer service personnel. Thank you all so much for understanding my struggle especially with me having adverse health issues and struggling with my last few payments thank you to the best and most understanding [redacted]!!!!!!!

Upon receiving the consumer's complaint Endurance conducted an internal investigation which included reviewing the sales call that upset the consumer.  Please be advised Endurance holds its sales representatives to a high standard and apologize for the consumer's negative experience. ...

Further, regarding the mailed advertisement, per the consumer's request, we have completely opted her out of our records.  The consumer will not receive offers from Endurance in the future.

Endurance's Customer Service Manager called the customer and the customer stated she never filed a Revdex.com complaint but it was done by a third party. The contract was cancelled and the customer was issued a refund.

Making a claim is a big hassle. They expect Owner to pay for engine tear down so mechanic can take pictures for them to possibly cover the repair. If they deny it (which was the case with my vehicle TWICE) then Owner must pay the mechanic directly. They take several days to respond and only cover car rental IF they approve the repair. The mechanic cannot start repairs until after Endurance approves the repair, which may take a few days. I have been without a vehicle for 4 days now and still no approval. This policy was a big waste of $2500!

Martin helped me with overturn a denial that should have been covered in the first place. Awesome customer service.
