In response to the case number listed above, we understand this consumer purchased a vehicle service contract on his vehicleUnfortunately the vehicle did not meet the underwriting guidelines and was not eligible for coverageWe
processed a full refund back to the consumer for activation and the one monthly payment he madeAlthough we wish to keep every consumer, some vehicles may not meet the underwriting requirements which disqualifies them from being eligible for coverageAlso, this consumer provided us an incorrect start mileage at the time coverage was purchasedThe vehicle service contract is a mileage-based program and the start mileage must be correct in order to keep the policy in forceWe have informed the consumer and issued a full refund which should already be posted back to the customer accountEndurance will always provide every consumer with excellent customer service

I purchased a policy in May and unfortunately for me, miles and days into the claim, I experienced an issue with my vehicleTheir sales pitch is that no inspection is required which is why they have a 1,mile and day waiting periodI immediately called them to report the issue and they first, refused to accept my oil change receiptNext, after accepting it, they sent an inspector who immediately denied my claim due to them feeling as if the issue was preexistingAccording to several mechanics that I've spoken to, mechanical failures can't be anticipated, so there is no way to determine "pre-existing" if no inspection is performed, which I would have been more than happy to have doneEndurance even went so far as to tell me that it was my mechanic who stated that the issue was preexistingI confirmed with the mechanic at Ford that that was not true and that the part broke, so he wasn't sure why they labeled it as "preexisting"They denied my claim, but offered me what they called, "good will" money to go awayWhile I appreciate the money offered, I am still left holding a repair bill which isn't fair as they've clearly breached the contractThis is equivalent to an insurance company denying a claim because they feel that you may have been ill even though you've never been diagnosed with an illnessI wrote a letter to Everett J*** who neglected to respond via email, but did speak with me on the phone and stated that he passed my letter on to the legal departmentHe refused to provide a legal contact and said that his legal team would contact meAm I to just wait until they feel the need to respond? I've been instructed to attempt to resolve this matter with the company, however, without a legal contact, I feel that my hands are tiedPlease advise as to who will be contacting me and when I should expect to receive a response

On 12/22/Customer purchased an *** *** *** *** (Interstate) Xtra Supreme vehicle service contract from Endurance Please be advised Endurance is strictly the seller of the vehicle service contract *** is the vehicle service contract administrator and
obligor of the vehicle service contract which means *** administrates (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay the approved claimsOn February 16, the customer called Endurance regarding a denied claim Our office, as the seller of the policy, gets involved on numerous occasions when the vehicle service contract company denies a claim by calling the company on the consumer's behlaf to ascertain why the claim was denied and to put forth the best case for the warranty to approve the claim Accordingly, Endurance called *** and was told the cause of denial was pre-existing The transmission was wearing prior to and during the waiting period Upon sale of the contract, Endurance's verification department verified the contract terms with customer and explained Endurance's day money back guarantee so once the customer received the contract in the mail she had thirty days to review and understand what the contract covered. Unfortunately the contract does not cover pre-existing conditions, in other words conditions that were affected prior to purchasing the contract Per the customer request Endurance contacted *** and cancelled the vehicle service contract

This company and the people who are there are very helpful, I have only had good experiences with them

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, in the future, you need to make it clearer that you are EnduranceI'll be glad to send you attachments of how my mail was delivered to meIt certainly didn't say Endurance on it! Own up to that fact that you know how you send out your mail, and you don't send it out with Endurance on itYou put endurance in TINY letters on the back of the page! Along with another company nameI had to file complaints with both companies!! So yeah, you don't make it clear what your name is, don't lie!

I had a fairly long and detailed call today with Martin *** CVPS He explained all my questions in a very clear way that I was able to understand

Endurance's Customer Service Manager spoke to the customer regarding the customer's issue The customer was very satisfied with Endurance's quick response and the resolution

Id like to thank Martin *** of Endurance For extending excellent customer Service in a speedy manner

I will like to give a special thanks to endurance warranty company for providing me outstanding customer service I've been with this company for the last six and a half years neverI encounter a problem thank you endurance warranty company

we followed all recomendation that was asked us, the specialist at the dealership(***)
called Endurane and they told the repairman the engine had to be torn down and inspected before they could pay the dealer for any repair, we paid the repairshop with credit card before they could tear the engine down After a few days the specialist calls us and says that Endurance is not going to cover the engine repair
Now there is no engine in the car, the repair out of our pocket will be more than the car is worthWe are out $1,and we have no car, the dealer took the car for $
we wrote letter to endurance explaining what happened and did not receive any response phone call or letter, and we did not get any refund for the balance of the policy
