I am rejecting this response because: this is the same answer I received before. I am not set up for ez pay. This must be a form letter.The firest letter I received from QVC was in April and everybody said it was taken care of but it took 6 months. WHY?

Unfortunately when our customer called to cancel the order it was too far in the shipping process. I am rejecting this response because:
I tried rectifying this situation before it was sent to collections, but was locked out of my account due to some updates QVC was making to their login. I contacted customer service and complained as well.

They do not seem to want to address the fact that I spent so much time trying to resolve their mistake. And being treated like crap trying to do so. I want to know how I am going to be compensated for my time. I will have the same response they do it's all about money so I expect the same results.

Our Finance Department has closed the account until our customer has paid of some of their Easy Pays in full, Our Finance Department made the link to another account which that person was contacted and provided this customer's phone number. That person also claimed to be a relative of this customer,Easy Pay OffersWith an Easy Pay offer, you can receive all item now amid say monthly its installments at no extra charge with your QCard or major credit card. The product price, Shipping & Handling, and any applicable sales tax will be divided according to the specified number of payments. During checkout, just choose the Easy Pay option, when available. The first Easy Pay installment will be billed on the late the item ships. Then, approximately every 30 to 31 days, each remaining installment will be billed to the credit card used on the order. Easy Pay billing dates are set according to the ship date of the order; billing dates for future installments can't be customized or changed. Agency on 09/11/16. This agency is an internal collections company that assists QVC with updating memberships so they can be opened allowing the customer to shop. On 10/13/16 the debt was paid in full and this account opened.This membership is now in good standing and our customer can take advantage of all promotions QVC is offering. [redacted] has removed the customer's name from their records as this debt was paid in full. [redacted] comments 1/6/2017 - I accept the response, only because I received a credit to my [redacted] Card from QVC. but they still don't understand what happened, and it is incredible to methat they can't STILL identify the problem here and the problem they have cause ME the consumer!!It is very simple:1. I place an order to pay/be charged to my [redacted] Card2. they DID NOT CHARGE my [redacted] card as requested, they charged my [redacted] card and [redacted]ed Card! 3. Now they refunded the [redacted] Card, still have a charge in my [redacted] cardPerfect solution for - THE CUSTOMER - is to bill my [redacted] card and credit my [redacted] Card, but NO they had to continue to be confused and nothelp me!
