I am rejecting this response because:
1. The accounts are still closed (the response from QVC said they are now open and ready to use)
2. I talked with the customer service to double confirm that the accounts are still closed, and the credits are not there.3. I waited 24 hours since sometimes the system takes time to process a request. However, nothing has been resolved.I appreciate your help and the QVC officer's time, I do believe he was trying to make it for me, but due to some unknown reason, the words in the response does not come true.

I am rejecting this response because:
Response doe snot make sense. Drop ship department notified vendor to let them know when inventory is not available? View programs all of the time that let you know LIVE that there are no more of something available. Yet they are STILL selling this item as of this moment as if it is on hand. Does not show wait list shows it is still available. If they are aware it can not be ordered then why is it not listed as a back ordered item? Why is it still being offered as an in stock item?  After ordering item I received notice it was not available, that is beyond ridiculous. It seems the extent of customer service its to take the order and then worry about if the customer will receive it.No where in this response is a date given for shipping item. They regret my concerns but still do not give any indication of when it will ship. If it is available in another color then why not offer that solution? Clearly it is as black and white do not show wait list. Seems very little effort went in to the response and even less concern in general regarding customer satisfaction.

I am rejecting QVC's response because as I indicated in my complaint, [redacted] tracking at [redacted].com for item [redacted] unequivocally shows that the item was "delivered" to an "individual" at [redacted] facility in Sacramento, CA on February 16, 2016.  The package, as QVC acknowledges in its response, was to have been sent to QVC as a return item.  [redacted] has lost the package and I do not accept that I should have to wait 12 days for QVC to conclude the package has been lost by [redacted] when [redacted].com shows it was "delivered" to an "individual" in Sacramento on February 16, 2012.  I reject QVC's response.
