I am rejecting this response because: The 42.18 was an actually charge, I've never had a problem with my bank before but I have with qvc when it comes to refunding my money. I've canceled orders with other companies and have gotten my money back right away. Last year when I had a problem with qvc it took me over a month to get a my money back. I want to the company to make right on their mistake.

I am rejecting this response because: I still see the charge for the second mattress on my QVC account easy pay orders. This recurring monthly charge needs to be completely removed from my account. Again, I only have 1 mattress in my possession and therefore I should only be charged for 1. Please let me know when this recurring monthly easy pay charges will be permanently removed from my QVC account.

I am rejecting this response because: I can't find a box that will fit a 150 pound treadmill! and even if I did it wouldn't fit in my car. I shouldn't have to go through all this inconvenience when I received a damaged treadmill and a damaged box. All the payments have been taken out...yet i'm still sitting here staring at a broken treadmill. I need them to refund the money they have taken out. OR send a NEW WORKING treadmill so that I can use that box to ship this one back. I have never shopped from QVC and will never recommend them. I need the money they keep taking out monthly back if this is not resolved within the next week.

(“QVC”) to your letter concerning a complaint filed with your office by QVC’s Customer.Our customer place and order, [redacted] on 12/04/17 for an [redacted] with a payment plan for 6 months, Our finance department canceled the order the same day as QVC no longer accepts prepaid or reloadable credit card when using the payment plan. A regular credit card with a credit limit would need to be used if the order is set up with ez pay. If the customer would like to pay in full the credit card used could be accepted.The credit card used on this order is a government card that is loaded every month for social security. Due to the type of card used QVC is unable to remove the authorization. I am rejecting this response because: As you can see that they refunded the first easy pay, but their bank kept charging my Qvc credit card for the full amount of each products; as you can see if they cancel and refunded those amounts I should not have anything on my the credit card. Please go thur their explanation thing don't all up, plus I'am still paying payment on that [redacted]. Doing their tranfer to there new bank the bank was charging me late fees which are not right even the $500.00 I sent [redacted] on the account even all total I didn't owe much more the the 500.00. The bank needs to do a sound audit of my account. If you need me to fax you the statements I will if you give me your fax ####-###-####[redacted]

This is the response of QVC Inc. (QVC) to your letter concerning the complaint filed with your office by QVC's Customer.QVC closed this member's account on 08/26/16 as some eZ pays were past due, AS QVC was unable to get these payments updated the membership was sent to [redacted] Collections Agency on 09/11/16. This agency is an internal collections company that assists QVC with updating memberships so they can be opened allowing the customer to shop. On 10/13/16 the debt was paid in full and this account opened.This membership is now in good standing and our customer can take advantage of all promotions QVC is offering. [redacted] has removed the customers name from their records as this debt was paid in full. As it is an internal collection agency [redacted] does not report to the credit bureaus; therefore the credit scores are not affected.This customer will need to call QVC to have her email address added to her membership as it was removed when the account was closed. Once this is done the customer will have the ability to view her Q card statements online. The email address is needed to access any account online.
