You have not address the fact that there is a glitch in the Experian CreditWorksSM Basic or Experian CreditWorksSM servicesAgain, the eleven *** accounts are showing closed on Experian CreditWorksSM Basic and Experian CreditWorksSM and they are opened and being updated once a monthThis is negatively impacting my score because you show online that I have not open installment loansThe three closed *** loans is showing a status of unknown when they were transferred to another lender just as the other closed *** loans are reporting on my credit fileYou are well aware that the copy of my Experian credit report that I receive in the mail is showing the eleven *** accounts as opened and the three closed *** loans are showing transferred/paid*** *** called me 4/18/and did not have an answer as to why the mailed copy of my Experian report was accurate and the Experian CreditWorksSM Basic and Experian CreditWorksSM reports are not accurate so his information is useless to meWhat are you going to do to fix the glitch in my online Experian credit reports so they are reporting accurate information just as the mailed copy of my Experian report?
