I paid for a credit report because I NEED it, not because I enjoy spending moneyI find it ridiculous that you would offer a refund instead of trying to solve the issueRegardless, as I predicted a few days ago amongst friends, that your responce would be such that it would not solve my issue but kick me to the curb as a customer, leaving me without what I need and had intended to purchaseSo, I called your company back and eventually found a competant employee who solved my issue without any problems, unlike previouslySo, this issue is resolved, thank you for wasting many hours of my valuable time and energy

The reason why I reject this is because they still haven't solved the internal flaw in their policyIn the they of account that Experian is offering, I can create an account online but the cancellation is only done over a phone callFor online only account, I will like that account should be cancelled or terminated onlineThis is a customer fraud issue, where once you accidentally sign in you can't cancel until you get hold of an agent to cancel it for youI have few problems with this issue:a) They don't inform customers about the upcoming monthly charge (No billing statement)b) They don't inform whether you want to cancel the trial subscription (No opt-out option)c) They don't pro rate the bill after cancellation and issue a refund (No pro rate option, if you miss by few days)d) No online cancellation option for an online only service.Regards,
