[As I have mentioned now several times, I DID cancel my membership within hours via the automated phone systemThe response from this organization continues to be "we did not receive a request to cancel" which seems an obvious fact to meClearly, if their system was working properly, they would have received a request and we would not be having this disputeSo stating that over and over again is not doing anyone any good What I am stating is that I DID cancelIt was within hours of signing upIf I hadn't cancelled, I would not be taking it this farIf I had kept the service, I would likely have been using it It's frustrating to see (literally) thousands of similar complaints of the same nature onlineIt comes across as this being intentional on the hope that people, such as myself, won't noticeThen when they call to get it figured out they will only get a credit for month, when they have been paying for a service that they canceled many months agoThe whole thing seems unbelievably unethicalAnd there are probably a vast majority of people that don't want to take the time to complainWell, that money means a lot to me and I want it refundedI'm not going awayI'm not dropping itI canceled the service and they need to make it rightThis was not my error.]
