I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The amount of money Experian is offering as a "so-called" courtesy is unacceptable; I am asking them for good will actions from them; I am asking that they acknowledge their wrong doing and re-turn the monies they fradulently and illegally took from unauthorized by me from my account. I am including to you the bank statements of 2011-having highlighted their withdrawals and you will see where there some months they withdrew funds twice in one month; you will also note where the withdrawal changed from $to $and back to $24.95. I have consulted and received legal advise regarding and was told to try to resolve the issue out of court and have determined after writing a letter to Experian there was no resolving this issue on their part so I am filing a claim. I have so informed Experian who will be receiving a certified letter of the process also I am aware that I am also entitled to the interest and principle incurred during the time of the first withdrawal until the last payment taken in August 2014; however, please know that Experian did deposit $into my account approximately two or three days as I spoke with them regarding these illegal withdrawals. They requested bank statements of which I provided......Now looking at my bank statements, please know and note where ever you see member privileges, a withdrawal of $was taken from my account to cover Experian illegal withdrawals and also their illegal withdrawals also caused my home and auto insurance payments to be less and also resulted in an additonal fee of $and the list goes on. I hardly think that these people dare indulge themselves to thinking that a one time payment of $will cover all of what they stole........the interest, the overdraft fees, the withdrawal fees, the principal accured from until 2014....... Experian owes me well up into the thousands of dollars.......their mistake cost me a good rating with my credit union and is so recorded making any loans I applied for during this time interest rate extremely high for me and some resulted in being denied due to poor banking practices.........I want them to return my money and I will settle for $17,or whatever amount determined by my banking statements and for those of and out of court and no less and I demand that restitution be made by October 15,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and accept its decision to refund me However, no extra premium service should be buried in the Terms and Conditions when you sign up for something else They do not even describe what this service is when you unexpectedly sign up for it until they send you an email after the fact In addition, the only way to call to cancel is through a phone number, and apparently only can get refunded through third parties like the Revdex.com This kind of practice is archaic and along the lines of the old, infamous online *** *** that used to loop you into a monthly payment and gave you flack if you wanted to call and cancel It is 2015, and transparency would go a long way with your customers Thank you kindly for the resolution,
