[The business's only 'solution' was to reiterate contact information that is readily available on its websiteThe issue is not that I do not have contact information; the issue is that I've never been able to contact anyone via the toll free number they've providedI have waited on hold for over an hour several different times, attempting to call at different times of the day/different days, and they simply DO NOT have the staff to answer their phonesI have also contacted them via email, but the representative merely redirects me to the same process that is NOT working for meAgain, I need to (a) speak to someone using either a direct email or a direct telephone number, who then (b) can help reset my password after verifying my identity (using something OTHER than the answer to their security question)And (c) I want an extension of my time with the service, because I haven't been able to access it for several months through no fault of my own.]
