First, I want to sincerely thank you for your time and effort that you made on my behalf. I am impressed with the Revdex.com's dedication to an American citizen
Second: I know that Experian will "think" that I accepted the offer because I 'only wanted the money". It is a nice gesture on their partBUTthey keep saying that they are open and clear about the fact that the credit score explanation is clear to all customers. IT IS NOTNot when it is listed 2/down the terms in small print
I NOW AND FINALLY realize that the credit scores in America that we pay for are just not true numbers. I still do not understand why there is this discrepancy. It is totally illogical to me. I will share my thought w/my friends, etcso they don't fall for what I believed to be true.
I am deeply disappointed that major companies (respected) can "fudge" the truth in this way. I just like honesty. [Experian MAY view the credit score value provided to their customers as part of a "teaching experience", but I do not believe that this is what their customers believeI still find it wrong to let their customers believe that what they are paying for is not their true and actual credit score. The educational "experience" you speak of is in the very fine print of your term. Yes, I admit that I did not read it fully. But I suspect that if you survey your customers, I would not be along. I think that any customer paying for your service re: the credit score is wrong and unjust. I agree that there is useful information on the Experian's customer page, but I believed, in all sincerity that I could trust the good name of EXPERIAN to provide me with the actual number. Why you do not, I fail to understand. Few would purchase your service, if they really KNEW that the credit score was just an estimation as part of "your educational process".
I feel that you totally misrepresent yourselves and the "service" that you give the "appearance" of providing. I consider the entire Credit Score "Business" to be wrong; unfair to customers, and, quite frankly, a lie

consumers with credit monitoring services and internet access to their personal credit reports.Our records indicate that a complimentary Experian(R) credit score along with a trial membership in Experian Credit Tracker? was ordered on January 30, utilizing a *** Card with the last four digits ***.Since the complimentary trial membership was not cancelled in accordance with the published terms of our offer, the card provided was charged our monthly membership fee on March 1, 2015.Additionally, our records show that you contacted CIC on April 9, and stated that you are the holder of the *** Card, did not open the account in question and believed that the order was fraudulently placed with us by a third party utilizing your cardIn response, CIC cancelled the membership and issued a refund of $Since you believe that the order was fraudulently placed with us by a third party, we encourage you to file a police report and to watch your accounts carefully in the event of other fraudulent use.To ensure your satisfaction we have issued an additional refund of $on April 11, Please allow - business days for these funds to process to your credit card account. I cancelled this "membership" within the required time period and for Experian to state I did not, is simply untrue, not to mention unethical. While I appreciate Experian doing the right thing by returning the majority of my money, which you had no authorization to take in the first place, your "courtesy" of refunding the monies you did, the fact remains Experian still took an additional unauthorized $80 from my account I am not the first individual Experian has attempted to do this too. The reviews on *** for these same practices are plentiful. Please return the remaining funds withheld from my account. This matter will then be satisfactorily concludedThank you
