What information are you not able to verify? My name? My address? My birthday? None of my personal information has changed in past years (i.eI have accessed your site before with same information)
Why do you have trouble now verifying my identity when you haven't before in the past? And my info hasn't changed since last time I was able to use your website

Although you have refunded the amount, which settles my individual claim, nonetheless I ask the Revdex.com to review the website format, text, and appearance, as attachedIn my opinion the wording "Now get your FICO score and Experian credit report for $1" implies that this is the fee for the reportThe fine print on the bottom of the screen is not very clearIt is also apparent that the 1$ fee is simply a gimmick to obtain the credit card number of the consumer and thus charge the monthly membershipWhen entering the credit card information, there is no clear indication that the credit card will be used primarily for the monthly fees; rather the wording, font size and graphics are cleverly designed to appear as though the credit card information is merely needed for the $1, 1-time feeThis practice of luring consumers into subscriptions is probably legal, but is highly unethical
