I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I was finally able to speak to an Experian Representative on April 10th who asked me to try enrolling in the Experian Credit tracker for $for seven days to see if this would allow me to view my credit report and this was successful I appreciate Experian refunding me the $for the first two previous but unsuccessful attempts to access my credit report on April 8th and April 9th If the refund does not appear I will try contacting Experian directly and will reopen this complaint if necessary I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

The company stated the obvious while ignoring the obviousExperian increased my score points from to after this complaint was sent which resulted in changing my rank from "fair" to the lower end of "good." This amounts to one point over the original April score of and points less of the highest score of in July after positive reportsMy score decreased points from June to July and the only changes reported to affect my score was the removal of a collection, removal of negative remarks, and credit card debt was paid offEquifax and Transunion increased my score every time I paid off debt--in fact when I first signed up for Expieran's on-line credit monitoring all the information differed between the three agencies and now they all matchIt's ludicrous to ask me to believe my score would change for no discernable reason, decrease for no reason at will, or that changes occur following negative reports but not necessarily after positive reports, or that my score would decrease after paying off debt and removing serious delinquencies and negative remarks

converted to our free membership, Experian CreditWorksSM Basic. In response to your complaint, the membership was canceled on March 8, 2018. Our records also indicate that an additional membership was ordered with Experian CreditWorksSM on July 11, 2016, using the same ***. The membership was not canceled; consequently, the card on file was billed our monthly membership fees on July 19, 2016, and on or about the 16th of each following month. A welcome email notification was sent to the email address provided at the time of enrollment. On August 5, 2017, the benefits of the membership were upgraded to Experian CreditWorksSM Premium, and the monthly price increased from $to $24.99. Notifications were sent regarding this change. In response to your complaint, we have canceled the additional membership, effective March 8, 2018.Our website describes the offer and the order form details the terms and conditions of the offer, including billing at the end of the trial and monthly thereafter unless and until the customer notifies us of their wish to discontinueThe consumer agrees to these terms when submitting their order.
