Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I didn't request a reinvestigation by Experian through the Revdex.com, but a deletion of the erroneous items. Experian has been investigating and reinvestigating for almost 3 months now - I requested the method of verification many times - no details were provided! I suspect that a "reasonable investigation" according to the FCRA actually never took place! I suspect that Experian used an automatic response system like e-oscar to communicate with the creditor, this method is not sufficient under FCRA Section 609. I request that Experian follows Federal Law and deletes the items I disputed, please be advised that I did not dispute the accounts itself but only  the erroneous items I pointed out.

Dear Revdex.com:
I will not accept this reply until I receive my updated credit report proving that my fraud alert telephone numbers have been updated accordingly and Experian contacts their subscriber who reported the wrong address and Experian making their subscriber prove that my name, address, date of birth, social security number matches their records for this wrong address.  I cannot contact whomever reported it because it is part of the fraud and I have no idea who did it and I am not going to keep going back and forth with Experian to rectify this matter. I want the address that does not belong to me of [redacted] removed from my credit report as I requested it several months ago. I have never lived there, I do not know anyone that lives there and it is the responsibility of the credit reporting agency to remove any information that is fraudulent and I do not appreciate the reply from Experian considering they are ignoring that this was a fraudulent address used with my name by someone and I do not know who the creditor is nor do I know who the fraudulent person is to pinpoint this and get it removed. Therefore, my contacting the credit bureau requires that they remove any wrong and fraudulent information and I have never used my credit in the last 15 years so how is this address part of my credit history when I never used it nor does any of my creditors have proof that I used it??? I want it removed because it is not part of my credit history and it is Experian's job to verify my name, address, social security number, date of birth and that their subscriber has data that proves that I used this address; which I know they will not have because I have never lived at the address I am disputing and I want it removed period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is not part of my credit history and Experian is not doing their job here in removing it when I am clearly challenging them to make their subscriber show proof that the address was used by me!!!!I want Experian to contact the creditor who provided this information and verify my name and social security number with this creditor so the creditor can see that they have the wrong person and that this is not my address. Maybe then Experian will do their jobs.  What is the point of credit reporting agencies being regulated by the Fair Credit Act and the FTC when in actuality they do not even adhere to the terms and guidelines outlined by the FTC nor do their acknowledge the Fair Credit Act which protects consumers from this type of miscommunicated and inaccurate information??? I do not appreciate Experian not doing their job. Experian is the one that should contact their subscriber and make that subscriber show proof of my name, social security number, date of birth, address and prove that I used this address because I never used it, nor have I ever lived there, and the worst part of it is I have not even used my credit in the last 15 years so how can Experian say it's part of my credit history when I never used it??? Again, I will not accept the reply from Experian until Experian removes and deletes this fraudulent address from my credit records.  My previous address is: [redacted] in which I own the home at this address and own my condo in [redacted] and these are the only addresses I have ever had and I want the wrong and incorrect information validated by the subscriber by Experian. I cannot contact someone that I do not know, nor whomever applied using this address or the creditor or subscriber who reported it because I never applied for anything with this address and I want it removed.  I would have never went to all this trouble to report Experian if they would have removed the wrong address months ago when I first contacted them. Something of this nature should not be difficult to delete when a consumer is telling you clearly that it does not belong to them. This is one of the reasons why fraud begins because it is the credit reporting agencies that allows wrongful and fraudulent information to remain on your credit reports and they do not hold their subscribers accountable for reporting on the wrong person.  Experian, I know you are reading this --- contact your subscriber and make them verify my name, address, social security number and date of birth and then you will see that you never validated this information, and it should not be reporting! I want it removed.  Please do your job and stop expecting me, the consumer to do it when I never initiated this address or used it, nor do I know the creditor or the subscriber who reported it, so how can you expect me to contact them when I do not know who the heck they are?? Now please, do your job and contact your subscriber and make them show you proof that I used this address or delete it as I requested you to do because it does not belong to me and I should not have to go through all this grief for something that does not belong to me and should have been removed months ago!!!
