If the status dates, amounts, balances or other specific data is incorrect, the consumer should also indicate what the correct information should be. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I went to Experian's website that is specifically noted to be for placing and removing security alert, I completed this accurately and in moments receive  a response I saved on my hard drive., " Sorry sir, we cannot help you with this matter as you do not have a security alert on your credit report." If you will provide an email address I'll attach and forward to you on their Experian letterhead. Then they 3 times after this reported to two retail lenders a security alert and sent an error filled report to the SS office in [redacted]. I'm wondering how can anyone this inept stay in business?

We ask the source to check their records to verify all of the information regarding the item questioned, and report back to us within 30 days of the date that we received the consumer's request. Once we receive their response, we send the consumer the results of the investigation. above mentioned consumer's personal credit report.We are currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagrees. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer.When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either electronically or by US Mail. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by law. We review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing. If we do not receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as requested or delete the information. In some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendor. Investigations can take as long as 30 days to reach a conclusion. After we complete our processing, we send the Consumes the results.In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reporting agencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with the furnishes of the information.If the consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact the furnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public record. regarding the above mentionedconsumer's complaint.An Initial Security Alert has been added to the consumer's credit report. This message, which willexpire after 90 days, alerts credit grantors to verify the consumer's identification in case someone isusing their information without their consent.We have mailed a current credit report directly to the consumer for review. If there is informationappearing on a credit report that is believed to be inaccurate or incomplete, we must have a specificdispute. Examples of specific disputes are as follows: "not mine, paid in full, never delinquent orincluded in bankruptcy" or for public record disputes: "not mine, paid/satisfied, vacated or filed inerror". If the status dates, amounts, balances or other specific data is incorrect, the consumer shouldalso indicate what the correct information should be. Please specify the item or account name andnumber.Please provide the consumer's specific disputes along with their complete identification information(Social Security number, full name, current address, previous addresses in the last two years and dateof birth).
