I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They say this same thing over and over, then don't delete the inaccurate information. Tell them I want actual proof with my signatures that I ever filed Bankruptcy. They can not provide this due to being false information and the fact is I never filed for Bankruptcy. I am tired of them violating my rights and falsifying things on my credit report. They are in violation of federal law. Just saying they verified it without actual proof of my signatures is not good enough.

I'm not sure why they need this info, please note the letter did not provide to whom I'm supposed to submit the requested to and how ie: fax number, address, person whom should be addressed to, etc. I think this is unacceptable on their part and they are stalling again. I've attached a copy of my license, my phone bill, credit card statement, and letter I received from experian to this email.

To ensure a complete credit profile, Experian uses full name, including middle name and generation code, spouse's name, current address including zip code, previous addresses for the past two years including zip codes, social security number and date of birth.Experian is a credit reporting agency, and as such stores and reports financial obligations as they are reported to us by consumer's creditors.
